Please read my review, . Before you think of buying any laptop from ASUS. Sharing my true experience. I have never faced this with DELL or HP laptops and never had to write on mouthshut or any social media like this. Dear Sir, I am very unhappy with my purchase of laptop ASUS TUF F15 FX506LH. Exactly in 13 months time the GPU Fan started making terrible noise. I took it to computer service center. They said the bearing of the fan has got damaged. Even the CPU Fan was making noise they changed both the fans at my cost. I still have the damaged souvenirs 2 fans. After that in 18 months the WLAN card MediaTek Wi-Fi 6 MT7921 started malfunction. Suddenly the Wi-Fi will vanish. Hard reset was required to bring it back and this will keep repeating. Being fed-up I am using a USB Wi-Fi dongle. In 22 months the Graphic card NVIDIA GTX 1650 fails suddenly and crashes. the laptop freezes and is unstable. I am not playing any heavy games. Previously I was advised that ASUS laptops look TOUGH from outside but uses substandard components. But I felt ASUS is a good Brand and would be reliable. That is when my misfortune started, My laptop looks Brand New but has all sorts of problem. Very shameful of ASUS. I reached out for help from ASUS service center on poor quality hardware components but did not receive any help. Attaching email dated 5-May-2022 of the problem starting in messenger.
