I'm unfortunate owner of this model'NN-CT641M' for the past 1 - 1/2 years.
During the warranty period(within one year), magnetron gave up and that was replaced under warranty. During the service, technician told me that it would cost somewhere around 6 to 8 K to replace it. Now it is out of warranty and it is gone again.
This microwave was used in a home and used just to heat food items twice in a day. Compare this with microwaves [other cheap brands] in office which is used roughly and still works fine without any issues.
I went with this model just because of brand reliability. Now, I have lost hope with Panasonic.
Please look elsewhere [other brands] if you are in the market for micro waves.
