Very Average Product. Review on Panasonic 23 Litres NN-CT353B Convection Microwave Oven

I have purchased this Panasonic model almost two years ago. I would say this product is very much average. Before purchasing this product I heard many good things about this company Panasonic. Actually my friend also purchased a Panasonic microwave 1 year ago before I purchased it. He told me that his experience with Panasonic was very good and my other friends also told me about many good things about Panasonic but in recent few years Panasonic service is very pathetic if you call their customer care service centre they will not provide you proper guidance. Now come to this product when I purchased this product it was almost 10000 rupees and I thought that it was a good deal because the feature which was included with this product was pretty good and within this package. But few months ago this microwave stopped working It was making some weird sounds and the food which I was putting inside it was not heating up So I called the customer care of Panasonic India they asked me about the model number of the microwave and I provided them the informations which they needed. They gave me a docket number And told me that there customer care service representative will come to my house within 3 days. After 2 days he came to my house and told me that and instrument inside it named Magnetron was damaged and that's the reason my microwave was not working properly. you also told me that if I want to repair that product then I have to spend 2000 rupees and there will be no guarantee of that product. My Microwave was only one and a half year old and it was giving me such a pain I know many people who’s microwave is more than 3 or 4 years old and still working properly so I thought it is very very unfortunate that my microwave stopped working just after completing one year. I would say this microwave is not good for making cakes or any in long processing jobs. once I tried to make cakes with this microwave and it was a complete disaster because the cake which I made actually was not well cooked and the heat was not properly distributed throughout the cakes.Panasonic had of good reputation about their products but right now what I am feeling is completely different because my experiences are complete bad with Panasonic. In future I will not buy any products of Panasonic because of this mess. I expected that this microwave will last about 3 or 4 years which didn't happen. And another disappointing thing about this product is that they will not give any guarantee or warranty on the product after the repairing it which is very very upsetting I am not talking about the warranty of for the whole product but the instrument or the parts which I am buying for this microwave should be guaranteed or there should be some kind of warranty on it otherwise it will be very difficult to purchase any parts from Panasonic India. That service man also told me right now there is many parts which are not available in the market and if those parts are affected somehow then it will be irreparable which is very very scary because I spent the amount in this product and I expected a good service which I am not getting from it so for me this is a very very average product which you shouldn't buy and you should spend some more money and purchase a good Samsung/LG Microwave from the market because they are much much better from this Panasonic product.
