Within 3 months since I bought a Panasonic oven, it had a capacitor blown off. I was told that was because of voltage fluctuations. It is working in the same conditions as all my other electronic utensils in my house. Anyway, it cost me 3500 rupees. And, within another month of this service, the panel was not working! I was told that I have to pay 4550 rupees for the panel. My advice, stay away from Panasonic ovens like it has plague. Very bad design and very bad build quality. Panasonic needs to learn how to build solid products that last at least 4-5 years. At least, that is what anyone would expect from an oven after paying 9000 rupees for it.
I shall provide my service receipts if you want, just ping me. I am taking time to write this review so that no one else is fooled by Panasonic. I cannot believe a Japanese company is making such low quality products.
