I bought a panasonic steam convection micro oven. From the beginning convection mode is not working properly. Whenever I make any recipe in convection mode, it get burnt one side and it will not get cooked at other side.
I have raised a complaint to those panasonic customer care.
They responded very late after so many calls, those service guys came to home and confirmed that it is a problem. then again no response from them,
I called them again and again and they say that its not a problem.
Customer care is very bad. they are not solving the issue and that service head say that they designed such a way only.
Please do not buy this product.
I called the customer care toll free number, they tell the service head number and that service head will not respond.
I sent a mail to panasonic customer care, there is no response from them also.
they are cheating customers badly.
