I have purchased same model microwave one year back in Approximately 14000/- but just after the warrantee over it has started giving frequent trouble and now it is just a showpiece service person is asking for Rs. 8000/- for repairing. Better I should throw it as it is scrap now.
I have another unit from Samsung and the same is in working condition from last 12 years without any maintenance, I suggest not to buy a Panasonic product ever.
