I recently purchased the Toshiba 2 TB Wired External Hard Drive and was very excited to use it. Unfortunately, my experience with it was far from satisfying.
The drive is large and bulky and makes it difficult to move around. The drive is also very slow in transferring files. It took over an hour to transfer a 1 GB file to and from the drive, which seemed excessive.
The drive also has some compatibility issues. I found that some of my files were not able to be read by the drive. This was very annoying, as I had to transfer the files to another location to be able to use them.
The customer service I received from Toshiba was also less than satisfactory. They were slow to respond to my queries and seemed to be uninterested in helping me.
Overall, I have been disappointed with the Toshiba 2 TB Wired External Hard Drive. The drive is slow and cumbersome, has compatibility issues, and the customer service is less than desirable. I would not recommend this drive to anyone looking for an external hard drive.
