This order has been a very unsatisfactory experience. The TV was satisfactory, and the Sony installation team arrived on time, was prepared, and was courteous, however the Amazon Firestick was broken and would not function, even after being reset as suggested by the customer support representative.
I decided to replace the Firestick at their recommendation(request generated on August 11 and picked up on August 12), but the entire process since the pickup has been so troublesome that I regret doing business with Amazon(fun fact: I still haven't received the replacement and the worst part is that there is no update/progress on it so I have no idea what happened to the pickup and what is now happening with the replacement. The entire purpose of purchasing this particular model was to utilise it with the Firestick because, without it, the TV is useless. No one in customer service is aware of whether or when the pickup was received.
