We have called Hitachi service centre for service request to attend breakdown call. Paras Pandey technician appointed by Hitachi is very non responsive and misleading customers on repair. First he told us motherboard was faulty without checking any thing and he charged us 11000rs for that. we paid the charges but refregertion issues was not resolved completely. After repeated follow up he again visited and demanded 500rs visit charge without resolving real issue. He called us and told to pay 4500rs for fan motor and assured that issue will be resolved. This time we lost the confidence on him and told to bring motor fan and resolve the issue, once issue will be ressolved, we will pay demanded money, however he denied on the same. Its complete mess up made by service person.Very poor service support and non responsive team of Hitachi. We should think 100times before buying Hitachi products
