My cousin recently bought the Vivo V40, and unfortunately, it didn't meet expectations. Despite its promising specs, the phone feels underwhelming. The Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset isn’t as powerful as expected, with some lag in high-performance apps. Although boasting a 50MP sensor, the camera struggles in low light, producing grainy shots. The lack of a card slot is disappointing, and the build quality feels less premium due to the plastic frame. Additionally, the battery drains quicker than anticipated despite the 5500mAh capacity. Overall, the Vivo V40 feels overpriced for the performance it delivers.
