Had bought new LG-T402JASN (Amber steel) 360 lits.The first one was defective, so they replaced with other(after giving us a hard time).The replaced present one too has few body finishing defects, the hindges of the doors are protruding out n the vegetables r getting frozen now and then.though LG claims that the vegetables remain fresh for 15 days are all wrong claims.Complained several times but the supervisors were rude n told us to bear with this faulty refrigerator and are unwilling to replace it.Very bad n dissapointing experience with LG.Even technicians are helpless and fear of their job and hence are unwilling to help customers by giving right feedback to the company.
