Samsung is not giving complete info on Flipkart website in product description and so called tech experts have no idea when u ask them.
pros
support dual Wifi , it's not mentioned in product description but this model supports.
picture quality is decent , not extra ordinary
loads pretty slow has Tizen os not Android os is very bad Amazon prime crashes after 1 month of usage due to low memory I guess
Not sure about panel but viewing angles and color reproduction is decent.
Cons
Internal Memory is 4 GB usable 2 GB, Comes withUseless Apps Which Cant Be Deleted!! samsung doesn't disclose the memory anywhere , so choose wisely.
sound is not great, it's loud for smaller room but clarity is not that good.
1 year warranty by samsung while LG Has 3 Years is samsung uses cheap quality that it has only 1 year. don't be fooled by 3 yr warranty by Jeeves or flipkart it's useless in my opinion
this model doesn't support voice command while pro does.
installation guy was in hurry to catch train failed to explain tv features correctly while spent most of time trying to sell additional warranty!!!
tizen os doesn't support jio tv or any other apps , it has pre-installed crap apps that consume memory n cant be deleted, not sure these companies would have paid money to samsung , u cant even disable , samsung is so shameless that 4gb memory only 1.5 GB is usable, tv is waste of money don't be fooled by brand name n 5 ? reviews on Flipkart, my review is never published
