We bought Hitachi 4 side-by-side door Refrigerator 4 years back & its motherboard failed on 6th Dec 2020. We have been approaching Customer Care, respective Seniors responsible for Service Support, sending whatsapps messages, calling them, escalated to different seniors, but regret to say after 3 weeks they are not able to supply/arrange motherboard. They even don't know when the part will arrive. I have never seen such a pathetic & 3rd grade Service in my 50 years of existence. We are in the 4th week & still waiting with hopes. I DON'T KNOW. IS HITACHI IS A REAL GOOD BRAND OR JUST A NAME FOR FAME? DON'T SEE ANY OWNERSHIP IN SERVICE SUPPORT. HOW CAN THEY SELL SUCH AN EXPENSIVE PRODUCT IF NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE SERVICE!
