Panasonic has to be avoided . Review on Panasonic NN-T559C Microwave

I share my personal experience . This product is not in the list of Mouthshut .NNC-784 MF serail number 5G29090005  . purchased at an Exhibition at Chennai on 25 03 2009  .     with bill number 1391  at Tnagar Shub Labh ( for the retailer ) .This product was beiing used very selectively depending on need. It was taken to Bnagalore in sep 09 on shifting ( same owner ) . Guarantee is gone after one year. Now the MW has suddenly stopped working. We asked the Panasonic service who came and took it on 20th aug 10 and say that some Ic s have gone . They are saying the repalcement will be recd from Chennai . Now they say it will be recd from Mumbai . They are not sure when it will come.   I dont have any idea how much they will charge . They say it is due to power fluctuations . The high sensitivity of this nature was not told . may be it is for american syatems where they may not have any fluctuation . we have not experienced nay such fluctuation while using this. we have trippers also in the flat ..My advise to buyers is go for some Indian product and not such dubacoors ( special titile for bogus) .Microwave is ok but avoid panasonic which has NO SERVICE BACK UP
