Tata Tiago

Hi, I had purchased a car Tata Tiago, Registration No. HR 03 AA 6468 on 28/September/2021 under the name of Mrs. Sandhya Gupta and since the time of purchase there have been faults in my car and have been fixing under the Car Warranty period i.e. 2 Years Manufacturing Warranty by Tata. In the last 2 years I had to face multiple issues with my car and took a lot of time and effort to get the same fixed and I had to keep the car in the service station for days together.

All records can be pulled up on Tata Service Station portal as all repairs and Service of the car was done in Tata Service Stations.

Recently on 01/01/2023 I was facing major jerks in my car while driving and I had to Tow the car to the service station as it was not in driving condition and get the issue fixed. The service station took the car and after 3 days mentioned that there was an issue with the ignition coil/ Fuse and that they have fixed it and the car is working fine and was returned to me on 5th September 2023.

I informed the delivery person that there is a Malfunction Light lit on the dashboard and the Delivery person asked me to speak to the Service executive assigned to me. Further to my call to Service Executive, they sent a Technician on 6th Sept and Technician checked and mentioned that there is no issue with the car.

Same evening when i drove the car, I faced the same jerk issue along with screeching sounds when the car caught normal speed of 45-50 KMPH which i had initially reported on 1st September which Service station mentioned to have been solved but was not solved.

Since 7th September when my car was picked up and taken to service station, all I hear is that they are trying to identify the problem/Issue and nothing has been materialized since 7th Sept.

I am a Single working Mother and it is very difficult for me to commute on public transport and Taxi etc. at odd hours and risky too.

Appreciate if I could be given an answer as soon as possible because It is too difficult to commute without my car. Also I wanted to make sure that I am been given a guarantee that this would not repeat and car is 100% fixed.

Recently I have purchased this Tata Tiago 2023 model grey colour. Price is bit high but safety is 5star rated for this car. Apart from safety all cars have less engine noise but this car is having little engine sounds which makes little discomfort while driving. And it would be better if the ground clearance is more like punch model. For small family this will suit perfectly. I have gone through all brand cars in minimal price. This car is best for small family and budget friendly. In this price these comfortably and safely is completely worthy. Renault kwid also falls under same price range but in safety 2stared. I can suggest this car for anyone with less money more safety. And the main Thing is Dealer, PPS motors Chennai, they are too good. From the beginning to the end they guided everything and focused on customer satisfaction. Felt very happy with their service. After purchasing the car again I got to spend around 70k for seat covers, door wiser, anti fog glass, tampering for doors and sun films. I have purchased my own car at last. Normally 5members can travel easily in this car.

Tiago is one of the best low budget car basically for middle man, all is good except mileage of the car other wise excellent car in low budget, I love this car and feel happy with my Tiago. Purchased it from showroom this march. It is best car for safety and comfort. Even mileage is awesome.

Guys! Tata tiago was my first car which I buy in 2016. When I saw the car I thought this could be best picked car, but I have gone thought many bad experiences even I had driven that car 75000 from 2016 to 2018.on that jerney I have repaired that car si many times itz suspence is week I offen changed. Body is week and there is no such pick up as u expect. When ever I carry 4 to 5 persons cars starts get slow. I was pissed off of it. And later I sell that in 2.40 lac as I brought in 4.45.there is very less recell value.

I bought this car on july 09 2020 and I driven around 6500km.My experience is under. Streering stability of tiago is very good .Great suspension its feel very smooth in off road.Safety for the passenger in tiago is absolutely mind blowing.One of the negative point in tiago is ground clearence.One day morning I was driving through highway in 80 km speed suddenly a dog crossed the road in front of my tiago so I hit the break but no sounds appear lol! thats very cool

I am driving Tiago NRG from last 15 months and drove 7500 kms till now. Pros and cons. Pros. 1. Awesome looks in and outside car 2. 180 mm ground clearance 3. Best in class music system of Harman 4. Better cushioned seats 5. Better steering wheel 6. Ride quality awesome 7. Suspension is awesome 8. Maintenance is not much costly. 9. Mileage is okay in city and highway both. 10. Safety is paramount in the car. Cons. 1. Engine refinement is not up to mark as rivals. 2. lagging in low RPMs. 3. Power is bit low as it's 3 cylinder engine. Overall best in class. Go for it.

There is so many interesting things or features which you can afford in lower price than other brands. This model fulfill all the safety device's. And gives a perfect comfortable to you. Tiago is car for Average indian , space is not good Mileage is good but Safety concern is not so Much . Low budget car Tata didn't work on there Features like advanced electronic instruments.

This is a amazing car under 10 lakhs. We already know tata company has 5 star rating given by the India. Tata tiago gets 4 star rating in safety. It has good feature's .and it contains abs traction control rear ac vents digital touch screen it supports Android Auto apple car play it contains 2 air bag's revers parking sensors. Overall it's a nice product under 10 lakhs for middle class famils

It's a very good daily car and for a reason

It gives very efficient milage, it's very good looking, it's fun to drive, it's have a excellent music system, it's priced attractive and cheap to maintain, above all it's a safe car

I personally recommend buy Tiago xt,

It's the most value for money in my perspective

There are some staying that they don't getting good millage and it doesn't pull hard sometimes If you're don't then try cleaning the injector

I recommend you using city mode for fun rides. when you starting the car use city mode and switch to eco mode after you get the initial pull

Or you can set in City mode and control your acceleration smoothly ( slow and steady) . don't rush on accelerate. Use eco mode in long trips .

All of these will surely increase your millage and car's performance

The difference between city mode and eco mode is that in city mode the acceleration is electrically limited and so, amount of fuel getting in the engine is also decrease, creating less power from the engine for increase mileage.But, in city mode the engine can produce it full power. So, giving more performance

The vibrations is similar to all other 3 Cylinder engine's

The carry bag holding hook's in the back can hold upto 3kg and anything more than that would be hard. so, I recommend limiting with 3kg at max

Tata Tiago is a excellent car, especially with that price range . It's perfect car for our Indian roads , it's have a good engine and enough ground clearance.it economic

and fun to drive. also is a safe place to be.its a solid build car and we can feel it. It more than enough car for average person especially if you are on a budget

I really recommend considering this car .

If you are in the market for a car, definitely give a test-drive to this car.

! Importantly ! . Check the rating of the dealership online. conduct a enquire about the dealership to locals and other customers of that dealership because some of the tata dealership are not that good with aftersale support

Tiago is one of the top 10 best selling car in india, this car is special for its safety because this car has dual airbags, ABS and many thing which will provide safety for buyers.Tata tiago was released in beginning of 2019, though it was released last year the company want to sell this car as much as they could.The tiago is perfect 5 seater with comfortable seats which will be perfect for small family .The price of this car may be negotiable, during its realease the price was 4.5-6.5 lacs maximum

And Mileage of car is 1.2-1.5 litres

I am very impressive. This is very small car but alot of features in it. I have been using this car for 3 months , I feel very good experience with the performance aswell as look. There is no compromise with build quality. Harmen's music system and eight speaker doing great musical experience. It is also one the best and spacious hatch back car ever. I got 16 km/Lr after 1st service. It has many storage space including doors and center console. Cooled glove box is one of the other exciting features. Diamond cut allow wheel also looking cool

Comparing to Maruti the best car for the average middle class can also buy this vehicle Tata Tiago. Best in class, Milage, performance, pickup, boot space, comfort, milage and what not. Comple recommend to small family to sit comfort and travel.

I(Shivakumar Thota from Hyderabad City, Telangana State) have purchased a new Tiago XZ+ in the month of October 2019. The mileage inside the city is Just 10 KMPL with AC and the 12 KMPL without AC. Also there is a wierd sound that I can hear regularly. I called the dealer to find out why that sound is coming they asked me to bring the vehicle to Tata Concorde Chandanagar. They may solve or may not solve the problem. But my question is for a new vehicle I have never heard this kind of sound anytime.

Also they have delivered me a vehicle which has already travelled 108 KMS.

I just liked the suspension which is good and the seating is comfortable.

I will never ever buy a Tata Vehicle. Infact I thought that I would buy Tata Harrier as my next vehicle. But I made up mind that I will neverbuy a tata car.
