Mahindra Bolero SLX BS IV

I have purchased Mahindra Bolero and it has been only 1 year spent after I have purchased this car. I don't like this car at all and I want to sell it. I don't like it because it has very less space inside it for keeping luggage. I wasted so much of money on it for its servicing and still its mileage have not been improved. This car is not satisfying at all. It is giving mileage of 8 KM/L only which is not good for me as I travels so long everyday and it has been so expensive for me. It also do not looks good in the comparison of other cars. I also do not get comfort in this jeep as well and becomes so tired when I travels in this car. So in my view no one should purchase this jeep for these very less specifications.

Mahindra bolero is verry good cars in other similar vehicle. I think in this car big space for sitting capacity. 7 seats in car and other normal storage. Mahindra customer problam solution is good service. Company macanic reached on spot there. This car's milage is average 15 to 20 km per ltr. Save fuel consuption.

Car is very comfortable for long journey and taxi service. This car's very attractive look and body structuer. So it's looking awesome. I think it's best cars in mid range vehicle

Mahindra Bolero is the most sucessful 4 wheeler in mahindra company.I have already mahindra bolero in my house.In this car space are good 8-9 people are easily sit in this car.Sits are also so good quality.

At that time its price is cheap and gave best quality.All dear to satisfy the money, it can not take more mony for other company.

Fuel consuption also good in mahindra bolero.It gives good average as compare to other car.

Hello friends I want to tell you the weakness in this car. Firstly the suspension system is very poor the car while running seems to distorted from its way. The interior of this car is not attractive and the space available at the back side is less instead of the seat the boot space should be provided. It is less with rear defogger. More part is given in front side and wheel turning radius is large not enough to take a sharp turn. It is arguably one of the worst handling car. Maintenance is difficult and done in short time.

This car is good on road or off road car handling is awesome easy to use, power window power steering . comparing to other bolero previous model, this one is much better .design and interior much better, inside space 7seater, but not comfort backside, fuel used(diesel} 16kmpl .look wise the same like previous model bold and attractive, its a indian company, the best thing abot this car prize, cheap and best .

Mahindra Bolero is very famous in the world. The interior space is less, however the sitting is comfortable. This car driving site is very comfortable and easy to control it.

I bought this car from a showroom with monthly installment without any discount. I check all parts of the cat after buy and also drive with my friend for a some time.

I and my father used this car for a long time, initially its mileage is nice but now it consume too much fuel. I took service twice but not useful. This company do not give any home service but its many showroom are available in the city.

This car is very comfortable for driving and sitting but not for long journey because it cause ache in back.

This car's reliability is not satisfactory as its service is not good. This car phone service is good compare to other service.

This car outside looking is very nice but interior is not so attractive.

Now, Mahendra has updated the variant range of the New Bolero with the launch of the ‘Power+’ variant with a more powerful engine. The new variant comes with a 1.5-litre mHAWKD70 engine that is claimed by the company to be 13 per cent more powerful and five per cent more fuel efficient than the current Bolero.

Hi I am Ganesh . I live in Pune . My big bro bought the Bolero last week from the banner in eight lac rupees . his give white color, it's color and looks like a roaring tiger.

it's space is so big comfortably 8-10 member's are sit . for journey purpose it is the best for love's to journey .

it's power full engine so better for long journey . it is diesel engine, five gear, power full break system is good .

2016 models are looks so good as compaire its older models . it's mileage is good around 12-15 km per liter .

Higher suspension and drive at any hilly areas .

Design

The basic design is based on the Mahindra Armada Grand. The first-generation Bolero was equipped with a Peugeot 2.5 L ( 150 in3) IDI engine which produced 75 bhp ( 56 kW) .[citation needed] The second generation was released with slightly modified exteriors and the major change was the engine, a 2.5 L ( 150 in3) in-house engine from Mahindra. It is powered by a 72 bhp ( 54 kW) 2, 523 cc ( 154.0 cu in) turbo-charged direct injection diesel engine. Bolero seats are high and the bonnet is low and gives a hawk eye visibility with almost zero blind spot. reversing is easy due to its narrow design and thin pillars. Ambassadors and 800 were the symbol of Indian cars and no wonder soon bolero will steal it. Bolero is meant for its ride quality over typical Indian roads. Its way of ride easily shames luxury cars. the sorted suspension system with reliable engine making bolero a success model. It has been long years in the market with top selling numbers and the reason is bolero a road king.

now coming to space in middle seat space is quit low as compared to other cars.

mahindra provides good service facility so satisfaction is there.

fuel cunsumption is quite good as this car consumes less fuel comparing with other same segments car.

new bolero has good suspension so for front seats comfort is good bt as rear suspensions are still leaf spring suspension which not provide good comfort.

in terms of reliability car is best. for its looks only any one can rely on it.

I HAVE THIS CAR AND IT IS 7 YR OLD BUT ITS MILLAGE AND ITS LOOK IS SAME AS WHEN I BUYED IT .ITS ENGINE IS2500 CC AND ITS MLLAGE IS AROUND 12KM PER LITER AND IT IS ALSO A OFFROAD SUV BUT THE MAIN PROBLEM IS THAT THE MAINTANENCE OF MAHINDRA AND MAHINDRA BOLERO IS VERY HIGH AND THE NUMBER OF SUSPENDION IN IT IS ONLY ONE WHICH IS IN THE FRONT WHELL AND BACK WHEEL HAS PATTI IN IT AS SHOCK ABSORBER BUT OVERALL IT IS GOOD.

I have yues this car from 2011 and gyes this ia so comfort on road and its give 18kmpl per liter and when am on ac this reduce and give 16kmpl per liter ans its 6+ 1 ceter and its picup is also wel and its diesel car or you tell jeep but I am full satisfied from this jeep and its mejar use in rural area

Hii everyone.im using Mahindra Bolero for the past 4 years.im using 2012 Model. The older version is so good compared to the new model Bolero in the market.the interior is not looking good for new Bolero.its LED speedometer is not so worth. While driving its LED lights make our eye glar. The front tas board design are also no looking good when compared to the older version.i think the company would change the drawback in upcoming 2016 Bolero.thank u

The interiors have gone all-digital, there are no traditional dials to speak of. There’s a very ‘Back to the Future’ DeLorean DMC-12 feel to it, and we think it’ll be quite a hit with the rural folk. In the ZLX variant, you get two-tone interiors with wood-finish inserts, power windows, immobiliser, aircon and rear wash/wipe. But flaws like poor seating comfort and general lack of space in the seccnd row remain . not valuble for money

UBolero suv car best price and average milage 14-16 km/ltr. Milage .This is a full powerfull engine and good space .seating capcity and cumfortbility is so good .I chosen this suv car because its is cheaf and best traveling journy to long drive and dont fual tension to many time refilling fual .so this is my favorte suv car .I drive allready many long drive and no any problem .pickup is verry verry good .so I sugested to all new buyer friends no any worry and buy this suv car .

My friend opnion in this commt live in delhi but had to drive often to lucknow which is 500 kms away. I chosed this route NH-2 which is pretty decent. VLX has strong Crde engine which at no point of time had disappointed me, be it the city or the highway. Without any extra efforts I had hitted the speed of 135 km/hour with ac on & wished to explore more but then the traffic was a problem, the engine is powerful and if you will pull, u will feel the power of torque. For performane I will give 4.5 out of 5.best suv in road

It don't have rear ac vents but didn't bothered me at all, coz at temperature of 42 outside they did pretty well only first 15 minutes I had to blast off the fan at 3 and then lowered to speed 1 for the rest of my journey.

The front two seats are decent as they are adjustable, but didnt liked much rear bench type seat, it could have been much better which I am planning to make modifiaction. For comfort I will 4 out 5.

Mahindra need to focus on handling, all I can say is ok and thanks to 215/70* 15 tyres which gives a good grip on the road.

Mileage is decent from this big giant which was around 11-12 kmpl in AC on with that cruising speed.

I think this is one rock solid build to which one can do lots of modifications, get a good Music system, good set of alloys and fatter tyre at rear, will give a new meaning to Bolero and its standard. And who cares cause when I drive this, it gives me hell out of attitude ; -)

If I have to describe this alcohol I will say, as strong as tequilla, as smooth as vodka, as Powerful as rum, as mature as whiskey but not a champagne
