Stop giving us scripted fake replies.

Kia’s dealer Shreenath Kia on my very 1st service dented my Seltos & botched the PPf.

Even the wash was below average.

I received a sms from Kia care saying my concern has been registered & Shreenath Kia Andheri will contact me shortly, surprisingly the very same day I get another sms saying my recent complaint with Shreenath Kia Andheri has been resolved & case closed.

But such thing has never happened.

This is bad ethical practice.

This is a mental anguish.

I was warned by my friend not to buy Kia but yet I thought I could trust it & it was my biggest mistake.

Car features are ultimate, top end but what is the point… our car caught fire spontaneously….. our loss…. It could be your loss if u buy it… ours was 6 month old Kia seltos, automatic petrol. It had even undergone free service 2-3 days before our trip.

Features- the HTK varient may come with a decent set of features , including safety features , infotainment system and other conviences

Build quality- kia is also known for its build quality and safety features

From my personal point of view this is an amazing car with its amazing features, build quality, safety features, luxury interior, and so on.

Know I talk about its disadvantage

1st is it is an diesel engine varient so it make some louder noise as compare to petrol varient engine and from my POV it effects driving experience or otherwise this an mind-blowing car

I have done 20000 kms service in kia Kukatapally service centre. feel very bad. not checking properly all major parts, just air service and giving back. they wanted only rating immediately after service. after 5 days started getting sound from engine, again they wanted to take vehicle back. they have given one coupon for insurance done with them, that is also bogus, just spray some thing and rat started entering engine after their spray. no proper service giving by KIA COMPANY, MY SUGGESTION PLEASE NOT TO GO FOR THIS kia cars. service is very worst.

I am writing this review after 6 months of driving kia seltos IMT. Don't waste your hard earn money in this car. There is a heating issue in engine. You will drive for around continuously 2 hours then this issue will come. Continuously beep sound will come untill engine is not cool. And for complete cool down you have to wait for 2 hours. Before that if you are starting then after few kms of drive you will face same issue. Another issue is Auto Android disconnection while long drive. Don't think it will give milage, Sales person told me it will give 15kmpl in city and 17 kmpl in highway. But in reality 6-7 kmpl in city and around 10kmpl in highway. Sometimes in city it will be 3-4kmpl if you are in traffic. Don't think if milage is low then performance will be good. You can't race with hatchback car. Sometimes Nano will give you competition. If you are highlighting any issue with Kia then they will give some silly reason.

Bitter experience with KIA manufacturer.

This review after completing 13000KM in 1 year, as intention was to wait, experience and share review.

1. For this costly vehicle, Initially they gave JK tyres. Which are very hard rubber and not at all comfortable, I fought with KIA, they didn't respect customer and did not address also,

   
   




2. Suspension is very bad, simple hump/ speed braker may damage us.

   
   




3. Milage is worst, within city less than 10km.

   
   




4. Vehicle under warranty(just 1 year old). It was not starting, now their mechanic says there was a rat byte, it is chargeable of 5000. This is quite upset, I was using Maruti cars from last 15 years, never faced this kind of issues.

   
   




5. Door entry is very uncomfortable, always hits on top head while you enter your car.

   
   




6. Overall quality is not upto mark, low quality and high price,

   
   




7. Whenever you raise complaint to KIA motors directly, they assign it some dealers and relaxing themselves, as being manufacturer they don't like own and address, rather they will pass it to dealer where issues never gets resolved.

Dear KIA Motor Company India Division,

I am writing to express my disappointment with the current policy regardingextended warranty for KIA vehicles. As a customer in India, I have noticed that many vehicle sellers offer a standard 3-year warranty, with the option to extend it to 5 years for additional peace of mind.

However, it has come to my attention that KIA is only allowing customers to extend their warranty during the first 2 years of ownership. This policy is not customer-friendly and goes against the industry standard.

As a loyal KIA customer, I believe that this policy puts me at a

disadvantage and does not adequately address my concerns about the longevity and durability of my vehicle. It is important for a car manufacturer to provide its customers with the best possible support and service, and I believe that this extended warranty policy falls short in that regard.

I urge you to reconsider this policy and extend the option to purchase a 5-year warranty to all KIA vehicle owners in India. I believe that this change will demonstrate your commitment to providing exceptional customer service and will help to strengthen the relationship between KIA and its customers.

The car is very good and it has very good mileage. Superb performance, it has the same price range as Hyundai Creta but Kia Seltos gives more features and comfort when compared to Creta. The seats are very comfortable even for the co-passengers who are seated in the rear seats it's a very good car for travelling long distances with family and friends. I m a owner of Kia Seltos HTX D Since Aug 2020.

Car is having 2 faulty good year tyres, Which got around 20-20 punctures earch within a year of time, there were monor leakegees in tyres but goodyear denied saying no warranty for punctures. I recommend to never take these good year tyres with new vehicle, 2nd issue I am Struggling with a tyre sensor issue since then it shows Puncture in tyre but when check it there is no puncture, 15-20 complains raised yet but no resolution yet.. Complains are resolved without my information...when called to Global kia they say nothing in our hand, sent mails to Kia India but no reply yet..fed up going to puncture shop multiple times, feels like second hand car and tired of this bullshit service no idea how to get issue resolved.

'Coz fraud happens with one and then the cycle continues......??

If you are planning to buy KIA Car, & if n only if DHONE KIA is your last option,

then please record every commitment and get it in written by them??

'coz later they will definitely fail to serve you then those proofs will be helpful for further action...??

I had paid them Rs 25000/- on 01/07/2021 and they booked my car on 02/10/2021 , I have booking receipt dated July and booking docket dated October.

If you want car for your special occasion then please find other option otherwise your expectations will hurt for sure......??

I contacted every day with salesperson Atish Patre and Manager S.K.Mundhe (Dhone Kia) but they are ignored me every day

I had horrible experience with this dealer DHONE and the salesperson Atish Patre n Manager S.K.Mundhe. They never reply to call or message. I must be fortunate to connect with them for an update. Every time I connect with them, they will say by 9th November I will get my car. No proper communication of delay of delivery, false delivery promises every time. I tried many times in the month of November 2021. It was said that I will get the vehicle by 9th November. I tried to reach again on 09/11/2021 for the status of the car as it was promised car will be available to me by 09/11/2021 and no updates from the dealer. After trying many times, I was fortunate to connect with Mr. Atish Patre and S.K.Mundhe who again mentioned I will get the car by 9 November 2021.

One thing is sure that if you book a car with DHONE Kia you will suffer. If this is the condition in pre-sales. Think of after sales service. I guess should be horrible too.

If you cannot deliver a vehicle within a specified timeframe, please inform the customer during booking itself or well in advance. I reached out to them by email also, no response so far and I doubt I will get one.

I booked KIA Seltos HTK+ IMT on 09-May-2021 with the booking number B202103646. This is with dealer "JSP KIA - Singasandra", Hosur Road. No. 3/3, Opp Pillar No. 118, Singasandra Village, Begur Hobli, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India 560068.

I had horrible experience with this dealer and the salesperson NAGARJUN MS and N A DARSHAN. They never reply to call or message. I must be fortunate to connect with them for an update. Every time I connect with them, they will say by Month end I will get my car. No proper communication of delay of delivery, false delivery promises every time. I tried many times in the month of Aug 2021. It was said that I will get the vehicle by 30th Aug. I tried to reach again on 04-Sep-2021 for the status of the car as it was promised car will be available to me by 30-Aug-2021 and no updates from the dealer. After trying many times, I was fortunate to connect with Mr. N A DARSHAN who again mentioned I will get the car by Sep 2021.

I booked the car immediately after the launch and waited for 4 months for the car. I can say it is a frustrating customer experience till date. Due to JSP KIA, I lost trust with the brand and cancelled the booking. I hope I will get my refund on time.

One thing is sure that if you book a car with JSP Kia you will suffer. If this is the condition in pre-sales. Think of after sales service. I guess should be horrible too.

Hello All,

Writing this review to share this wonderful experience I have had with my new car buying as JSP KIA Hosur Road, Bangalore.

This all started in March 2021, with my enquiry of KIA Sonet, GTX+ Diesel variant. Promptly my sales consultant Deepak called me, attended my queries and was patient. As promised he got the car for test drive, I test drove and felt its smaller for my size, so I decided to upgrade to Seltos HTX+ Diesel, to which Deepak promptly provided all the details and arranged for test 3 test drives, after which me and my wife booked the Dual Tone manual variant of Seltos on April 8th 2021.

All this process was so super smooth and I must thank Deepak my sales consultant for answering all my queries, for helping me with my decision.

Now then the wait started for delivery.

Mean while had read all bad tweets and reviews about how KIA delays the car deliveries and was worried about my car. But to my surprise post covid-19 2nd wave lock down I got a call from JSP saying car will be allotted and I can get by July 15th.

However, this excitememt did not last long as due to supply issues and transportation issues car delivery kept on getting delayed. Mean while my sales consultant was off as he met with accident, but even in that situation he helped me a lot and routed me to his lead Shekar. Like Deepak even Shekhar was extremely patient, polite, professional and never got irritated or avoided me despite of my constant badgering. Thanks to Shekar I was constantly getitng updates of my car status. Finally on August 7th my car got shipped and now I had to deal with Pradeep from Finance. He too is so so good, polite and professional. All 3 were so good that always promptly responded to my queries, my messages and calls.

Now my loan is approved and car is slated for August 18th 2021 delivery.

I am really very very happy and pleased with the experience I have had with my car buying at JSP KIA and thank Deepak, Shekar and Pradeep for all their support and help.

Would surely recommend JSP KIA Hosur Road and would recommend that Deepak and Shekar be contacted directly for any KIA car.
