Vipul Motors - Shyam Nagar - Jaipur

One of Maruti Suzuki's WEAKEST dealer in Jaipur. I Had purchased zdi+ Breeza, the most expensive car in this segment. On 10/10/2018, my car was delivered from a junk yard about 100 meters from their showroom in scorching heat with temperature soaring more than 38 degrees Celsius. No charm nor any excitement prevailed during the delivery process. This act of humiliation was brought to the notice of Vipul Motors but they just laughed over this matter & till date neither the General Manager Mr. Sanjay Shewani nor the CEO Mr. Fateh Bahadur had the bloody courtsey to call & address my concerns. This experience was so traumatizing that I felt I was buying this car from Mumbai's notorious Chor Bazar. The entire purpose of purchasing this Maruti product from Vipul Motors, Jaipur has been totally defeated.

I have made up my mind NEVER to pruchase a Maruti product again nor suggest anybody to do so.

Its about my buying experience with Vipul Motors Shayam Nagar Jaipur. I bought a Wagon R Duo( Gas+ Petrol) .

I visited there couple of time for enquiry of this car. As I wanted to search for a better model if it was available in the similar price range. Initially they were persuading me to buy it on the same day by offerring coffee and putting the papers and insurance agreements in front of him.

And the next time they were all like not even looking at me. Whatever I asked, I didnt get any answers and they were trying to trap other customers through the same way.

Anyhow decided to buy it after lot of searching and discussion with my family. They gave me all the papers but werent able to get me a finance through Financers. They had only one financer which was their own subsidiary and had very high interest rates. I chose Citi bank to arrange funds.

Just because I didnt choose their financer they became very rude and ignorant. And told me to pick the car from their office. On the other hand they were delivering it to the home of customers.

The staff is not at all courteous and dont do their work earnestly.
