Really dont recommend to purcashe the car from TOYOTA, Padil I had
purchased TOYOTA CRYSTA in 2018 (Aug) & now facing the issue of worn 2
tires (bad quality) which still undergoes with warranty period. Even
after the priodic checkup, maintances regularly, these tires got worn
out in only 16, 000 KM which is totally unacceptable. As what i know,
these branded tires has at least 5 years / nearly 50, 000 KM of
warrantly. Where as my car still didn't complete half of it.
After i raised the compaint to showroom manager since 3 months (March
2020), none of the action taken until now. Why should i loose the
money unnecessarily for these bad quality tires ? How long should i
follow up & spend my pricious time on behind this ?
This is totally irresponsible act from showroom management & customer
service team of United Toyota showroom Padil. Pls never ever buy any
car from this showroon.
Can the consumer court can fix my issue & provide the justice ?
