Never ever take insurance from T R Sawhney Motors. Their representative are rude and does not care once insurance premium is paid. I have never ever come across with such a company who does take into account the customer's feedback. My experience is is very recent at the time of renewal of insurance policy of my car from Ms. Sneha Sharma of this company office at Badli, Delhi

This company's agent called me for the renewal of my car. First they took 8100/- and then did insurance for 3600/-(as committed by their employees) and didnt even give my refund fully .


I had raised the problem to there Management as well but they are on the heights of ignorance and doesn't care at all


Please please never buy any car or insurance from them. They are fraud

Harassment by dealers and non issue of refund

I Major Shelly Sood am posted in Indian Army. I booked Maruti Eeco with T. R.Sawhney Motors Mayapuri near Golden banquets through Mr. Manish Walia. The process of harassment started when Mr Walia told us to deal with Jarnail singh, another employee who is not even authorised to deal with costumers. Before booking they made me wait for 7 days unnecessarily saying we will get vehicle tomorrow. I finally booked the vehicle on 15 Sept and paid RSVP 10000 as advance. After booking their behavior changed and they were extremely rude and also Mr Walia would even switch off his phone. I finally got fed up and cancelled the booking on 19 Sept. I went to the showroom myself as none of the employees was responding on phone. I met ASM Mr Yash and asked him to return the booking amount. He said it takes about one week but he will try to get it sooner. But even when more than 10 days passed, I had to escalate the issue to SM Mr.Tyagi .Even after repeated calls to Mr Tyagi, I haven't got my money as on today 8th of October. While accepting booking amount, they were even ready to accept payment from my husband's account while the vehicle is on my name. But now at the time of returning money, no-one cares to respond and Mr Tyagi is telling my husband to send him reminders as if it's my husband's job as an employee of T.R.Sawhney Motors. I am completely harassed at this point and hence forced to complain.

I am Sandeep Kumar customer of MARUTI EECO(New Tour V 5 Seater AC CNG) .


I booked MARUTI EECO(New Tour V 5 Seater AC CNG) on 07 Dec 2019 from A-43, Vishal Enclave, Rajori Garden, New Delhi, 110027. I booked car by of rs 57000/-(Fifty seven thousand only)& exchange my old car Maruti Omni and hard cash contacted with mr. Ritesh/mr. Satvinder Singh. They promised me to deliver me the car within a week or whenever I want. This car I was planning from long time and hope you can understand how I am managing all. I had explained this to mr. Sachin Khatri at the time of booking.


I visited SBI branch for loan process along with mr. Ritesh and after approval he assured me car will be deliver in first week of but the Dec 12 they are unable to deliver car. After this I contacted to mr. Ritesh but he was not picking my phone or no any single confirmation was coming from his side.


Then I got contact details of team leader mr. Satvinder Singh and I contacted to him and they respond well, they told “we will call you and will provide you delivery date asap “ but from past 15-20 days I am just taking follow-up for the same and did not gave the delivery status of car.


I am unaware of hidden happenings and the right stock of car dispatch from maruti plant and car availability at maruti. Please tell me the reason why there is delay in delivering the car, help me to escape from this problem and if possible make my deliver of car to me before this 31 dec 2019 otherwise I have to do something else.


I am attaching car loan approval slip, car quotation for your reference.


I am working in commercial professionalism of "Taxi/Cab in IGI Airport" and totally I am dependent on my Taxi/cab Business or earning so now I am having to face trouble without my new car and also I am depression situation without any earning.

To resolve my problem I requested you to immediately arrange to deliver as per your dealers’ promise. While reserving my right to claim against you and your dealer for deficiency in service, wrong commitment, breach of trust, harassment, Mental agony, disappointment, and inconvenience caused by your sales executive.


I look forward to hearing from you and to a resolution of this problem. I will wait for 3-4 days before arranging for the matter to be corrected by a third party at your cost or seeking help from Consumer Court.

So my new yamaha from sawhney motors, 0 marks for customer experience, i even dont know when will be my first service, when i get my RC, what speed should I maintain before first service etc etc, please focus on treating customer well instead of taking money from them, i took extended warrenty as well, but when i reach showroom after one week they dont have any record that i have paid extra(my good luck they some how remind that i have paid extra)and a women sitting out there for insurance doest have enough time to give complete information, that representative who asisted me directly asked for a tip of 500rs for the services, and now if i whats app him to ask about service he didnt even reply.i am going to paste this on every portal but i dont think so that they even look at it.(WORST EXPERIENCE WHILE PURCHASING MY FIRST BIKE)

I have renew my car insurance from TR Sahni Motors Gokulpura Delhi. They have committed to send my policy on time but they don't and they also committed to give me discounted check but after one month still I did not get my cheque and the staff of TR Sahni Motors is very bad behave they don't know what is the meaning of commitment. My experience is very bad with National Insurance company & TR Sahni Motors . I will suggest to any one, never deal with TR Sahni Motors pvt Ltd.

I booke maruti swift dezire in dec 2015 and they promised to deliver in 1 week after all documentation which they were able to fulfill after lots of my reminder calls to them. sales executive was very much greedy as he taken cash from me haven't deposited the same in company account and got the car registered thru this personal contacts. I came to know about it later when I asked for CNG papers. Thereafter I must excise refund of more than 10k within so  they asked me to visit showroom and submit form which I did in 1st week of March 2016. At the time of excise form submission they told me that I need to wait 4-5 month and they will inform me for cheque collection. in Aug month when I checked for status they said its still pending. and asked to check again in Sep'15. Then in Sep month when I checked they said its got rejected due to incomplete form submission but till now they have not shared which documents was not submitted. I at-least sent them more than 50 email and number of calls I don't remember as after sometime they were not answering. I visited their showroom multiple time to settle the issue but every-time they used avoid meeting and delaying it further by giving silly excuses. It almost took 6 months time when I told them that I am going to file case in consumer court then finally had a meeting with me and admitted that there was a mistake from their end . So I said that since its your mistake so you should bear the cost and pay me the amount I was expecting. after lots of discussion they agreed to make an adjustment of 6000 that too thru some reward points. That reward point process also took almost 6 month and in that period I sold out my car due to some reason. Now I dont know whether points are given to my Maruti card or not because now I dont have car so useless for me. so basically due to negligence of TR Sawhney I had a loss of minimum 10k rs. I never recommend this dealer to buy car.

From the day one of my purchase my dealer TR Sawhney keep on doing fraud with me. At the time of purchase they told me that I can CNG fitted Dezire. They have not told me that if I go for CNG my warranty will lapsed this thing I came to know during my 1st service from DD Motors. I keep on calling there sales person that I am hearing noise from my car from the back side they told me that it’s may be because of seat cover which they will adjust during my 1st service. During 1st service DD Motor adviser told me that this noise is related to your CNG which we cannot repair. Immediately I have been to TR Sawhney service station. Then suddenly I came to know that this CNG has been fitted by 3rd party vendor. I need to give my car to 3rd party vendor. I was shocked that how could they asked outside vendor to fix CNG in my new car. For last 3 month there drivers keep on taking my car from my premises and told me that they will repair it and remove that noise. Last week on 20th Jan 2018 they took my again and give to that vendor now he refit the entire CNG rack in my car due to which I got 4 holes in my car’s back trunk. There is very less space between new holes and old holes. Along with that now I keep on getting engine check error in CNG Button as well as in speedometer It was about to 4 month now but no solution of my problem over and above they damage my car, stole my new car parts. Still Maruti is not taking any action against this fraud dealer. This highly disappointing.

I booked maruti celerio Vxi on 30/07/2017 and found the car is not available on that day in desired color. I wait and chase up with the sales person on regular basis but there is no clear information to me regarding desire color and model. I wait 19/8/2017 and buy the car from other showroom on 20/8/2017. on the same 20/8/2017 I request for refund of full amount of 5000 rs which I deposit. the sales person told me that they will deduct the amount because I cancelled the car. I told him that till date you r not able to deliver the car and its your fault as you dont update anything to me regarding color and model.


even now they send a different queries that I show interest on maruti swift and I made a payment of 11400 rs I am totally disappoint with their services and irresponsibility.


now on 31/8/2017 till date I dont get my refund back on my bank account. details already given on 20/8/2017 on refund letter.


TR Sawhney IP ESTATE, only shows big showroom with poor service and communication.

I have gone for my car service at their patpergunj service station.Very poor services.over charges and no proper service, my car was not properly cleaned when I complaint about it, service adviser gave me a free wash cupon for next wash.even my car was better before the service.

Iam writing this on utmost level of dissatisfaction, yesterday I gave my swift dezire for 2nd paid service at T R Sawhney okhla workshop when I received back it was not properly  washed even unwashed foot mat were covered with shabby newspaper.


Light colour Interior is got dirty having marks of dirty fingers however only thing is to appreciate is delivery on time as they have done nothing which consume time.


Please avoid servicing from TR Sawhney not worth it!

Buying a car is a big decision. Which brand, what make and which dealer is a tough decision. I went for T.R.Sawhney and my overall experience has been good. I needed Vehicle finance and everything went smoothly. The overall documentation, and processing was smooth and without hitches. There was a bit delay in getting Original RC card but it wasn't so troublesome.

So irresponsible, arrogant, worst customer service. I would request people never buy anything from T.R. Sawhney. They never ask you or respond to you once you pay for the product. Such bunch of morons.
