Honda CRV repair and Service experience

I took my CRV to Ring Road Honda with a issue of car not picking up acceleration. Even though the attending person was very sweet to talk to and attended for service but they were unable to rectify fault even after paying 29k(They billed me 29k) for servicing and attendance. My car battery(7000 Rupees)was changed without any reason sighting that error code is because of the battery. But after changing the battery problem came back after the test drive with showed no issues but again after driving 20 km the problem came back. They did the usual computer based test but were unable to find the issue that ECM may be the problem. They either need to change their system or technicians who have no clue what they are doing. I took the car to another car dealer service centre who confirmed ECM issues which costs 91k for Honda CRV. I have lost faith in them, I paid the services rendered but I know they didnt do justice to the charges they charged. My CRV issue is not sorted out and I have not received any call from them to help sort out the issue.

Lost my navigation chip at first service

I got my car booked for pick n drop for very first service. driver show me the navigation chip at pickup time. but it was not there at drop off .. i complaint in office n customer care but no one cares..workshop manager also supported the driver... beware of frauds.. pathetic staff ... also not cooperative...

, Lalit Bansal did a zero dep car insurance(Tata aig) through your Gurgaon sector 18 showroom 15-20 days ago. Your team is the worst when it comes to the customer service/satisfaction. I am doing followup everyday still no response. You got all the money I paid and now you guys are behaving like ghosts. I have been asking for the insurance copy(HR26DG1335) from last 15 days. Everyday you team member Devinder is making false promises. Courier ho gaya, we are sending a person for delivery, blah blah blah.


Is this Honda? I called your customer care department and again asusual no response. There are bunch of idiots you guys enrolled to make the customer's life hell.


I want my money back.

For first service these people took 5 hrs even after taking prior appointment from the service center .(First service only includes cleaning and washing)


I am amazed to see that when I received the car after 5 long hours waiting at the service station .  it was not even vaccum cleaned / washed from inside .


These service center are just making fool of people.


I just hope I receive my RC . as its been more than a month the RC has not been received by post .


they mentioned wrong DOB and address in Fasttag .  hope they have not done the same mistake in RC document

I deposited my car for service at Ring Road Honda Peeragarhi. The quality of your service is 3rd class. I told them to check side window mirror but they didn't check that. When I went there to collect my car I check that mirror.


They check that in front of me but not able to fix it. They told me that they will call me when part will be available but till date I had not received any call from you. Date of submission was 15.June.2017. I collected my car on about near to 18. June.2017. They disturbed side mirror of back seat also and now that is also not working. Cars dipper is also not working and green light that turn on while turning A.C on is also not working.


I called them many times but everytime response is also not good. Today also I called them regarding same thing but I got no response. I am totally dissatisfied with your service. I want you to take this seriously and give good service and cure my car

Absolutely amazed to see such a poor service by ring road honda. Waited for 5 hours for 3rd service in which nothing much to so.after 4 hours of waiting I checked the car honda jazz vx problems were still there. And the service advisor had no answer. Now waiting for washing dont know how much more time. Will never come again. Thanks ring road honda

Hi. Myself kuldeep. I purchased the new Honda city from south x area on 2014.


I regularly go for my servicing of car in carnation .but recently I visited ring road Honda center. They are not giving any satisfactory result. I serviced my car there. The labour are not doing their properly. Even they broke my dashboard. And remove my perfume bottles from my car. The sound system which is inbuild.they also did revenge from it. So. By this. I am not feeling good. So please. Think twice as you go to this service station. Otherwise rest is your knowledge.thank you. I will give only 2 star. Thank you

Donot know how to clean the car, at least remove the dust from the car.


Body is very light, even you can press with your thumb.


@ 15000 Kms, the service station charged INR 19000 for service as its brake shoes, filters and many things changed. If @ 15000 kms I have to spend 19000 for the service than the Honda should stop selling the cars.


Go for another car if have any other option.


Service stations are highly overcharged everything.

I had purchased honda city idtec from ring road honda. this is a good car n the performnace of this car is also very good. if we talk about feauters then honda is a name which have lots of features.the dealer had provide me a good finance scheme n iam satisfied by their services.


They provide full customer satisfacyion to their customer n if u have any problem with the car then u can call the dealership without any hezitation

Ring road honda peeragarhi has made me regret buying a honda. They are unprofessional and incompetent. The worst thing is that customer is treated very badly .


They have a person called mukesh Jha(body shop), he is the worst human being . he will never do what he say, and will try to fleece you of the first opportunity he gets. My car has been going for servicing with them from 2009(i bought from their dealership in CP). there have been numerous times I had to send twice because some issues were not corrected or the car was not cleaned properly. but last month my car went for accidental repair, I have comprehensive insurance*(0 Dep) from honda assure.


They took 8 days to get the clearance from insurance company and now after 1 month the car is in body shop, being repaired and mukas jha, he is totally nonchalant about it and will not give any final date. I feel something fishy or the whole organisation is gone to dump. honda used to be number one but now my faith is shaken. I hope some one teaches you a good lesson, by taking them to court.

I bought a Honda City 19Apr2015. My experience has been extremely poor. The sales personnel try to attract customers on the first and second visit with their smooth talk but once you make the payments you will get treated poorly and rudely(the real face).


Before sales your phone will be picked in one ring or even half-a-ring and greeted with the most friendly salutations. If busy your call will be returned promptly with due apologies.


After the sale the same sales person will not be able to take your calls(in meeting and very busy), your call might be returned in 12-24 hrs or never. If you ask why not reachable you would get curt response `in a meeting', and this could even get bad verbal ill-mannered rebuttal.


No worth getting into this unpleasant experience. The personnel there are artificial, sugar coated. They can even talk behind your back and make fun of you.


I wish I had read the reviews before selecting the dealer. I would have avoided Ring Road Honda(DWARKA). Beware.

Poor service for Honda!

Please be warned about the ring road Honda. I had bought a Honda Amaze at their Gurgaon show room with lot of initial hiccups and unprofessional attitude.


We still went ahead with our decision of buying the car. We were promised prompt service and a wonderful experience with honda family.


But it has been just the opposite so far.


I have had the first service of my car and have not received my RC and the number plate as yet . They in spite of several reminders have not found the time to give it to me.


They have been trying to improve their service quality but it takes more than just directives from the head office the service quality on ground is just the same All the best to all the RR H customers.

False delivery promise,bluffing by Ring road Honda

I booked my Honda city vx mt with Ring Road Honda CP, Janpath on 9th July and the written tentative date for delivery was end sept/starting oct but their executive made verbal promise of 16th august 2014


After my booking, almost every two days I used to speak to him and he assured me of delivering the car on 16th august 2014


But on 16th august he said "I'm sorry and I'm trying a lot and you'll get your car soon" and then onwards, this was the statement given by him every time.


Finally he said you'll get the car in starting of September.


In the first week of September he said "there is a car in our Chandigarh showroom and my senior has gone their so he will get the car with him and it will arrive in Delhi on 8th September 2014"


I called him up on 8th September and he said your car has been arrived and it's in our gurgaon plant. So I told him to send me the file so that I can get the finance and transport authority work done and in return he said I'll send it tomorrow.


From 9th September 2014 till 12th September he didn't delivered the file and gave stupid reasons every time like I don't have chassis number, I'm bust somewhere, I'm in hospital.


And then on 13th September he stopped picking up my calls and on 14th I called him 54 time but he never picked a single call


He whatsapped me saying "I'm with my mom and I have come on someone's funeral"


Since he was not picking my calls so I called up on his other and his mother picked up and she said "Saurabh(Honda executive) is not with me I'm in Rohini and he is somewhere else" and I recorded this.


Finally he picked up phone on 14th night after 54 trials and I told him to meet me tomorrow at the showroom around 12 noon to 1 PM


On 15th when I reached the showroom he was not there and so I told general manager the whole thing and he consulted his sale department and they said I'll get car in December.


On the same day that is 15th I called up Ring Road Honda as a new customer and the tentative date of delivery was November,


The whole management of Ring Road Honda is pathetic as the written tentative date of delivery was given after consulting senior level and they give false delivery promise.


So I would suggest everyone not to go for this Dealership.

I am planning to buy Honda city. Unfortunately there are only handfuls of Honda dealers in Delhi, so I decided to go and check there service. I went to their showrooms in Moti Nagar and Rohtak Road. Even if it was not so crowded with customers, it was so difficult for us to find a sales rep in both the showrooms. After waiting for 15 mins in Motinagar and 20mins in Rohtak road we were finally provided with a terrible representative. I have never seen a sales guy/girl to be so quite. I had to ask her everything about the car. She was just quietly standing near me, as if she is there to understand the features from me.


Finally I didn't waste much of my time there, left both the showrooms in 5-10 mins (less than my waiting time). If there pre-sales service is like that, just think about their post sales.


Request you guys not even think about Ring Road Honda, if you are planning to buy one. I am planning to buy it from Automax. They seems better.

I got my Honda serviced on 28th Aug 2013, from Ring Road Honda(BAS Engineering Pvt Ltd). The entire experience was a nightmare.


A) When I walked inside the service center, there was no one who came ahead to assist the person who got his car for servicing


B) After waiting for 15 minutes, I entered the office and they asked me to ask the floor manager who in this case was some Mr. Negi


C) I called out 3 times to Mr.Negi who finally heard me when I literally shouted on his face. He seemed like the most busy person at the dealership. I thought Honda stood for customer service!


D) He asked me to wait and I waited at the office from 11:15 to 12:30 pm before a person came to ask me where my car was. In the meanwhile, the car which had come after me was attended to just because there was a policeman who came with that car. My car's number was 110(As per the plastic number kept on top of my car) and car no 111 was attended to before me. SO I WAITED FOR MORE THAN ONE HOUR TO GET ATTENDED To!


E)   The person who finally did the paperwork gave an estimation of Rs. 13000 and with some questioning, that estimation came down to less than Rs.5500!


F) When I asked if a drop off was possible to my address in the evening, I was flatly refused.


G) When I was handed over the car in the evening, no one informed me on any issues with the car and I was told it was in a good condition


H) WHEN I TRIED SWITCHING MY CAR ON THE NEXT MORNING, IT HAD A FLAT BATTERY. I checked it thoroughly but I had not left any lights on accidentally either. This was the first time in 3 years that my car did not start and THAT TOO RIGHT AFTER GETTING IT SERVICED.


I) I got late for my office and it did irreparable damage to my day's schedule.


It seems like the service center people got upset since they could not rob me. as I questioned the Rs.13000 original estimate and tampered with my battery.

Dont dare to risk even a single penny as deposit with this dealer, I paid full deposit for a honda city on a delivery assurance within a day (consider NAVRATRIS).


Just hours before delivery Ring road Honda refuses availability  and now being held RANSOM by the dealer for my refund.


I will never recommend a HONDA BRAND  to anyone with such Quality of dealers


Wake up Honda before its tooooooo late.

Sugoi Motors Pvt Ltd - A bunch of thieves

Had the most pathetic sales experience possible with Sugoi Motors Pvt Ltd (Ring Road Honda sub-dealership). I bought a new Honda City S MT (2013) model from them on 15th Jan and still regret the decision. The list of goof-ups by them is endless, but to summarize:




  1. They lied to us at the time of the initial deal discussions while telling us that the entire insurance amount was to be waived off by Honda Motors as a special scheme on 2013 models. As it turned out later, it was only the "normal" insurance that was to be waived off - we were asked to pay an additional 5750/- for depreciation free insurance. We paid up this amount thinking that "dep free" insurance is an additional benefit that we are getting. However, after paying the amount we came to know that it actually was part of the total insurance that was initially promised free to us. We also got no receipt for the same!!!




  2. After literally shouting at the top of our voice and creating a scene out there, their GM - Raman Kumar, who was avoiding us hitherto came out with his typical nonchalant attitude. After a lengthy debate, he finally agreed to give us a refund (after blaming his junior employee for the mistake and apparently charging the refund from his salary - so much for leadership!!). He also asked us to write a request for refund and stamped it, assuring that the refund will be paid to us ASAP.






Even after 1 month of repeated follow-ups, there was no news on the refund. Their customer Relations Manager - Ms Shalini who was in touch with us, assured us all through out that she would get the refund for us ASAP. She even mentioned a date on 2 instances - but of course did not honour those dates - a part of a deceitful franchise that she is!! After almost a month, she dropped us a mail that the refund cannot be processed. Didn't even have the courtesy to call us up!!!




  1. At the time of delivery, we were made to pay 5 hours to get our vehicle. Even when all this drama was happening and we protested, the arrogant bloody GM - Raman Kumar did not even have the courtesy to come up and address our concerns.




  2. There were a few accessories missing at the time of delivery - which they did not even check. We had to follow up with them repeatedly and personally visit them to get these accessories




  3. There was no standard procedure that was followed at the time of delivery of the vehicle - no photographs, no car decoration - nothing. We were in for a rude shock!! It was literally as if they were doing us a favor by selling the car!!




  4. They kept on delaying the delivery date on the pretext of lack of documentation and other trivialities. Even on the delivery date, they told us to get additional documentary proofs of residence without which they would not be able to process the car registration!! They did absolutely ZERO DUE DILIGENCE prior to that and could only think of this impediment at the time of delivery.






On one occasion we even reached the dealership (13th Jan, 2013), as a delivery of the vehicle was promised my their sales executive only to learn that the sales executive himself wasn't even present and no one else in the franchise had any clue about delivery of my car!!!!


There were multiple other problems that we faced which established beyond reasonable doubt that these are a bunch of thieves and deceitful individuals who do not understand the value of customer service at all!!! I am left with no other option but to lodge an official complaint against them in the police or consumer court for getting my refund.


PLEASE DO NOT DO ANY DEALING WITH THIS DECEITFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL DEALERSHIP IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY!
