even service center is bad and staff is only lying .


I will not recommend to anyone to purchase car from rana motors.

My father bought Wagon R LXI car from RANA motors, Bhikaji Cama in Feb. 2017. The whole experience of buying our first car was good and satisfying. The sales guys were highly supportive in explaining the features of the car while comparing them with other maruti suzuki cars.


The staff hospitality was also fine. They offer you bottled water and tea-coffee while you sit inside their office, it looks like a busy public sector office though.


The financing was done by HDFC guys as we'd purchased with 1/4th of amount with down payment and rest on loan. That was also smooth. They explain each and every process meticulously.


The delivery date was not missed and was "on time". We've also done our first free servicing. The servicing guy who took our car to their service station in okhla was very enthusiatic and helpful.


Overall, it was a pleasant experience and thanks to the whole team of Rana motors, specially the guys on floor with whom we do the real talking. and dealing.

I bought a 2d hand automobile(genuine cost) from Rana automobiles in Sep 2007. The auto I bought is Maruti 800 of 2001 version five Gears the money they expenses turned into Rs 1 Lac 15 hundreds. Though the fee become too much I purchase it due to the actual price tag. However to my surprise the as they declare that 120 great assessments are being performed by using them not anything turned into cheaked the brake show have been vintage one the hand brake became no longer absolutely functioning the window rubber become the antique ones in horrific circumstance. Hi everyone, I bought my first car from Rana Motors, Delhi. Everyone there, dealing with customer with smile and pleased manner. Interior wise showroom is good, but sitting arrangement is not sufficient as the crowd come. Hospitality is good. As Rana Motors is the well known showroom, so many customers come with their queries and buy car. So according to the crowd they face, space of the showroom should be more. My suggestion is that they should have separate space area for loan department and customer dealing.

Last time when I have visited the rana motors which is situated in bhikaji cama place delhi .When I was reached their they have welcomed me very very very well and offered me the tea / coffee/ water and much more there were two person near the gate always to welcome the customers who had visiting their to watch and buy the vehicles and they were very polite and they first made me comfortable and then ask me what would I like to take and then after 10 to 15 min. they ask for which vehicle I had visited their and after my answer they ask me to follow them to the vehicle to take test drive during the test drive they told me all the features of the car to me in very very well manner and after my approval they come with me to the billing department and the bill department offers told me every thing very very politily and ask my convience for payment and delever my vehicle to my home in a good manner with a gift attached to it.

It was a worst experience after buying a car from Rana Motors. I had bought Ciaz from Safdurjung enclave on 30th May and its been almost 4 months that I have been waiting for the Insurance cheque(NO CLAIM BONUS) which I had transferred from my old car. They took the whole amount and said 50% will be returned within 1 week. Till now nothing have been received and the sales person- RAHUL have stopped taking calls. There are no after sales services and wont recommend this dealer to anyone. NOW I AM TOTALLY STUCK AND REGRET OF BUYING THE CAR FROM HERE. SHOULD HAVE OPTED SOME OTHER DEALER.

They are highly trained to Cheat at the maximum extent possible. Sales team will jolly well stop receiving the calls once they are confident that vehicle is booked .


No value of customer. Don't know what customer satisfaction means .


Buy a vehicle from anywhere but RANA MOTORS.

I thought only I have been cheated but there are many other like me, I got my WAGON R Serviced today by RANA MOTORS WAZIRPUR. Nobody was bothered to notice my concern, I hovered nervously for almost 4 hrs there but when I got my car back every noticeable defect that I complained and asked them to fix was as such. despite of repeated request.


Again I asked them to at least fix the rear mudflap and the way they fixed, now it is visible from 50m away as a ugly spot. They were in a hurry to dispatch me and I was told  that all your concerns will be addressed in next service because its  a first service and the vehicle needs only inspection and not repair.


Service center was like Okhla Sabzi mandi both from inside and outside, chaos everywhere. The bill was not provided. Although the car was washed from outside but no polish and dusting was done after I asked them to do so.

MARUTI IS ONLY LOOKING FOR SOUND DEALERS AND SOUND PEOPLE, MARUTI  ITSELF IS A  SELFISH COMPANY, THEY KNOW, THEIR BRAND IS RUNNING IN MARKET.


NO NEED TO HAVE CORRESPONDENCE WITH THERE CLIENTS. ALL ARE AFTER MONEY, NO ONE IS CONCERN ABOUT BUYERS, NO AFTER SALES, NO FEED BACK, NO QUALITY CONTROL, NOTHING, A BIG BLACK HOLE COMPANY.

I bought new Wagon R CNG from their Safdarjung showroom.At the time of buying I was very much impressed by the staff particularly Mr Deepak Sharma, Mr K C Negi & Ms Preeti.


They are really the people who will take Rana motors to the top but at the same time I won't hesitate to say that your service department at Okhla will bring down ALL this I am writing with my bitter experience there. Only there is one person by the name Mr Harimohan who take care of the customer as well as vehicle.


Your washing department is worst, they least bother for their work. AT the end I will say Dear Mr Rekhi, if you are reading this, please take some strict action so that customer should not suffer in their hand.


If present trend will continue you will loose the customers who are having faith on RANA MOTORS

They don't call customer back.. I gave my car for paid service and needed to get a new mirror fixed before taking delivery.....I tried calling the given number of the adviser many times without response....i left several messages for him and no response again, Guys better spend your money elsewhere or u'll be stuck with poor  service like me....some of the charges they try to convince you for are very suspicious..however good the condition of your car is you will end paying more.

1.       NO AMOUNT OF TIME WAS GREETED AT THE DEALERSHIP


2.       NO SALRajeev_VermaRSONS WAS AVAILABLE THERE FOR THE EXPLANATION OF FEATURES, ADVANTAGES& BENEFITS OF THE VEHICLE.


3.       NO SALRajeev_VermaRSONS ATTENTION FOCUSED ON OUR PRIOR TO PURCHASE DECISION.


4.       NO DEMONSTRATION, NO TEST DRIVE OF VEHICLE.


5.       FOLLOW UP ON ENQUIRIES WERE DONE BUT NOT IN A GOOD WAY WITH HARRASHMENT.

3.1. no option was told for the payment of amount.we made the payment through credit card & they charged 2% extra on this which they did not told to us.


3.2. no ease of understanding the negotiation(tranparency of deal).


3.3.4. we made the deal within 2 hours but they took 15 days to make the deal.


3.5.we are satisfied about the charges made by them but they charged 2% extra.


4 a.1. I am not very much satisfied with the salRajeev_Vermarsons knowledge about the vehicles .


4 a.2. worse experience about the courtesy & friendliness.


4 a.3. commitments made by them was not fulfilled .


4 a.4. yes sufficient time was allowed before deciding.


4 a.5. no appropriatness of sales pressure.they put pressure for the cancelation of the deal.


4 b. I want the test drive but no test drive was offered to me.


5.a. no clear explanation was given to us about the purchase paperwork process. As a result we own completed this process.


5.b. we asked about the finance process & they told us to do the finance process on your own.


We also asked about the SBI loan scheme but they did not tell anything about the same.


6.       We demanded the car at 10 a.m. but they deliver the car at 7 p.m. with harrashment.


This shows that your delivery process is not good.


7.       Vehicle was not in clean condition .its front mirror was not clean. Aslo they handed over the vehicle papers in a seal pack to us. On our demand they sent their executive to us for the explanation.


8.       No they did not introduced us to someone in the service department. Yes the new vehicle provided with reasonable amount of fuel. the executive who showed us the car was not present at the time of delivery. No we dont like to reccomend the your dealership to our relatives or friends. No they did not fulfill the promised made by them at the time of sales. They did not give the approval discount which was offered to us by maruti, also they did not give the corporate government discount, also they charged the additional 2%(rs. 2000) .


9.       Our overall buying experience was worse than I expected. The behaviour shown by your general manager( mam nishi arora) & executives(mr. Sachin, team leader) was not good.


Note:The vehicle given to us has no wheel allignment or balancing, it had humming noise, under body noise, coolant & break oil was not enough. PDI inspection was not good & we told about the same to the rana motors customtakeouter care but they did not take any action .

I went there to buy a new car. no one bothers to even attend to a new customer. cars were not available for test drive. the owner especially is a rude guy. Dont give out your contact information, they call up everyday and harass you. It is a well known place and probably that is why they feel they can get away with ill treating customers. I would not recommend this place to anyone.


I  actually ended up buying a car from another showroom. very courteous and helpful, they even drove the car out to my place and helped with everything - financing, insurance everything. I am actually happy with my purchase and dont regret not going back to rana motors at all.


Rana Motors replaced spare tyre with old one

Rana Motors Service Station in Okhla Phase 2, near Vodafone office are bunch of thieves. Last month I gave my WagonR for servicing. Before servicing I told the supervisor about the suspension problem, but no improvements after the service. I had to re-visit the service center to get it re-checked, and this time they came to realize that bushes needed to be replaced. That means they were careless while doing the service.


After getting the bushes replaced in my 2nd visit, in next few days one of the tyre got flat/puncture (thanks to Delhi's roads). When I tried to replace the flat tyre with the spare tyre, I was shocked to see that my car's spare tyre was replace with an old worn out tyre. When I complained about this "theft" (yes this is the right word for the act they did) at the service station, they said that during wheel alignment, the tyres are rotated (front tyres are fitted in the rear and vice-versa) because front tyres wear out faster.


But they never did alignment of the spare tyre, then how did it get relaced.Guys, if they can do a tyre replacement, then who knows, they can change any part of your car with an old and spurious one.I would suggest - "Beware of Rana Motors service station, they will steal your car's parts"I want to report this to Maruti-Suzuki, please someone, let me know if you know how to report this customer-abuse to Maruti-Suzuki and the consumer forum.


What a service, time management, excellent outlet

I purchased swift ZXi from Tees Hazari outlet of Rana Motors in June, 2010. I just called someone in the outlet and all the papers, test drive etc were arranged at my place on designated time and day. booking amount was collected from my place and I chose convenient date and time for delivery. on designated day, in the morning, I was given a call and given an option of 2-3 registration numbers. I chose one of those. Reached the showroom and car was ready. all formalities including registration, billing, features etc took appx 90 minutes. everything was well on time.


We chose rana motors because 3 yrs back we purchased ALTO LXi from the same outlet and the service was outstanding.

I am having a harrowing experience with this dealership. I pray to God that this end soon. For those of you who are considering buying a Maruti Suzuki car, stay away from them.


I had booked a Maruti Wagon-R VXI metallic passion red on 9/1/2009 withRana Motors, Rekhi House, A-2/7 Safdarjung Enclave, (Opp. Bhikaji CamaPlace), New Delhi - 110029. I paid a booking amount of Rs 10, 000.(Receipt no. 53594) to their salesman Ramandeep Singh. During booking, the salesman promised me to deliver the car by Monday 10/1/2009. Basedon the salesman's word, I made a full down-payment for the remainingbalance on 11/1/2009 for Rs. 3, 48, 251(Receipt no. 53621)


However when I contacted Ramandeep on Monday, he started citingstrange reasons and asked me to wait till the next day. He said thatthere is a shortage for the Maruti Wagon-R Vxi metallic passion red carall over India and that Maruti is not dispatching this vehicle to thedealer even after repeated requests. After calling up the salesmanseveral times, he called me on Tuesday(13/1/2009) evening to say thathe won't be able to deliver the car that day and I have to wait for 3-4days. All throughout the salesman was unable to give me an exact dataand time by which I could take the delivery of my first car.


Sensing that I did not have any assurance of the delivery of thevehicle from the salesman, I made a stop payment to the cheque for thebalance of Rs.3, 48, 251. When the dealer got to know that I had stoppedthe payment, he contacted me on Wednesday(14/1/2009) and promised methat the vehicle will be delivered on Friday(1/16/2008).


Well today is Friday, and I thought I have had enough bullshit fromthis dealer. I wanted to speak with a manager or the owner at RanaMotors, but the lady at the reception repeatedly connected me to thesalesman's extension. Fed up with this I left a message with her. Ireceived a call back from a lady claiming to be the salesman's seniorand she also told me the same thing - "sir maruti se gaadiyannahin aa rahi hein. yeh poore india mein yeh shortage chal raha hain. iam sorry to say aapko 3-4 din aur wait karna padega."


I think I have had enough with this dealership and their crapexcuses. I have raised the issue with Maruti and seems like they have taken this seriously. They have already shot an email to the dealer. I'll keep you posted on the developments.

Though I have already booked for Wagon- R Lxi at Competent Automobiles, Ghazipur, I was in dire need of car immediately as my Maruti-800 had just got stolen.  I just walked in to check how much time others take in delivering the car and what paper work is done in other authorised dealer of Maruti. As I was seeing that in Competent it never mattered to others what is your need. Here in just four hours I was out with Alto Lxi.




  1. There was no formality and paper work.




  2. I made 50% payment and just got the keys with the assurance that they would send their staff to our office to collect the required documnets.




  3. Everything they promised like diviniti Ganesha idol, foot mat, and ambipure car perfume was provided at no extra cost.






In computer yug it really looked good with all the promptness everything was dealt.
