We bought ciaz 1 year back from this showroom.There are 3 free service with this car and they do not properly clean our car.Yesterday when my car came back from service station, a person who wash our car everyday told me: ”Kaam badha ke diya”.They litteraly made front glasss and side rear viewing mirror worst.Inside the care there is touch screen audio panel, so many marks and dust CAME on that.When we gave for service it was cleaner.They did not even wash the place where we keep feets.Apart from all this they gave me 75 rs lemon flavour car perfume, I told them that I already have better car perfumes with me, he told me that you have to buy it, it is compulsory with ac filter! There is nothing like customer service, there is no place to raise my voice! Giving them my car for service was biggest mistake.Please save yourself from this 3rd class service station.

I purchased maruti swift VDI from thia dealer in december 2013. I must say service provide by them is not up to the mark.

On the name of free service they just wash your car that too not properly. They provide three free service but each time I have to make payment  by one means or other.

They always give advices which are not required like change this part change that part. I mean why should I need to change the parts of car which is just 3-4 month old. They just want to increase your service bill by any means. At the time of selling their behaviour and services are good but after sell service is not good.
