Maruti Suzuki Marketing Times Automobiles - Delhi

I went there to purchase Wagon R around 3 months ago from the date I want it.

On the very first day I told them the cokor and variant and on time they called me to showroom with payment

And on the last time after all formalities they said that your color us not available and tried to make us buy other color

The service is really bad

Staff seems to be good but upper staff is worst

They don't know how to run Business

I have given my Swift car for paid services. There was a minor issue in AC. I told him to check the points. When I have got my car, there was noise and AC was not working while I was using AC. I told him about the noise.The  Manager John told me your AC compressor is not working properly, so you have to change it and it will cost you 12000 rs otherwise if you will repair it it will cost you 7500. I got my car without ac services. Dry clean services was pathetic no any seats has been properly cleaned all dirty.

I got  my AC work done without any charges from a local market. There was a access gas in compresses. Due to this its create a issue. After charging a 10, 500 rupees for a car services. There is a lots of issue. Again I gave my car for the issues. Again they have not done any thing about it.

So its really pathetic. They are just charging money and doing nothing.

CarsA brief snapshot is that they delayed my car delivery by over one month despite of making a full cash payment. One cannot beat that. Additionally there wasn't even any proactive updates from their staff. Read the full story, it might be helpful for you. Additionally there are few tips which I have learned which one should remember before making any payments.

A big NO to Marketing Times. It could very well be a one-off case (as claimed by the dealer) but the manner in which such cases are handled, complete unprofessionalism, cannot be just one-off.* Always take in writing about the waiting period after any payment is made. No wonder Marketing Times kept on refusing to provide me anything in writing. They had the excuse that Maruti’s policies does not permit them to do so.
