Maruti Service Masters - Delhi

In my last service at Masters maruti jhangirpuri.

They changed my gear oil and forgot to put the cap due to which my car was Running workout gear oil and my gear gets stuck when. I. Shift gears. My gear box was all ruined and i. Payed 16k for resolving the issue.

I would never recommend anyone to go masters maruti for service. As because of there mistake I payed alot. Of amount.

I don’t recommended MSM ekatuthangal, Chennai service centre is bad all the service advisor and customer support manger are working under pressure and targets! This is the case were experience bad time with MSM,

I sent my car Swift VXI, for full AC replacement, initial estimate quoted 25000/- later revised quote 29, 000/- later during the delivery the cost increased to 32, 000/- and the vehicle delivered in worst conditions, I inspected and tested the AC, and sent back reporting poor conditions, In meantime without any approval.

The they have changed few parts and charged me another 8000/- The total Amount   charged INR -45647/-.  I was shocked and disagreed, but they said pay the amount and take the vehicle or else we ill deliver the car.(There was response reporting to any higher level) I spoke to Amir Nair, or Capt. A Choudhary(Managing Director) all are in same note no positive reactions.Next time sending your car to MSM Chennai think twice?

I had given my Maruti Wagon R car for service after 20, 000 kms. The car was picked up from my home as scheduled and the service advisor informed me of the maintenance costs that were being charged. Upon delivery of the vehicle, I had noticed problems with the engine being noisy and subsequently visited the service center again. The same service advisor admitted to the problem and agreed to take the vehicle back for servicing. A week has passed and I have not been contacted/given a timeline for the next visit.

Besides being unable to deliver a serviced car in a good condition, the company also made promises that they could not honour. Be forewarned before giving your car to the Chennai outlet, lest you face a bitter experience. You may get serviced by inexperienced, smooth talking service personnel whose incompetence may result in future visits that may never happen or still be unproductive.

I never thought that Maruti could be so irresponsible while manufacturing a car! It was my colleague whose Swift was charred to ashes at Vikhroli’s expressway.

He told me that if he barely escaped and is lucky to survive. What a terrible incident it is! Let me make one thing very clear to the people who think that Maruti is cheap and reliable auto manufacturer.

Its cheap, but it it’s not reliable! Have a look at this sickening event, which happened in New Delhi with PradeepArora, who was on his official trip driving his Alto, but ended in a morgue!

After 3 months of search and inf. I have zeroed down to maruti baleno preowned.it is 2006 model , 75 k running , silver colour , vxi model , 2nd owner , avg. 12 , avg tyre condition ,  coated price--1.70L.

i have some worries

1)as it has been taken off by maruti how about parts avilability , cost , ?

2)mileage of baleno petrol appears to be below 10, is it true?

3)ground clearance is really very low? is it a big problem?

4)in the bud. of 1.5L--1.8L what are other best options in sedan, petrol , <4yr, less maintenance car.

please help me as it will also help other intended buyers of used baleno car.

I have given my car, maruti esteem at Aalianz automobiles workshop, A-24/4, Mathura Road, New-Delhi-110044 on 28/06/2010 for some repair work. Repair wok includes some denting and painting work.

Denting work was completed by 01/07/2010. After that painting was to be done. But due to some reason, lift was not working because of which car could not be transferred to paint shop which is on the roof of the building.

It took almost one week for the lift to get repaired. It got repaired on 7'th evening.

Now painting and everything has been done, but my bad luck, now electricity is not there because of which car cannot be transferred to the ground floor. To my surprise, there is no generator in the workshop.

Rates and labor charges are same as per other maruti workshops but workshop infrastructure is very very poor.

When the charges are same, then why should a customer get his car repaired in Aalianz workshop where there is so many problems. It should go to other workshops like Rohan motors.

More over they don't have parts in there store. Every time anything is needed they call up there dealer to get the parts. This adds to the delay in delivering your car.

Bottom line is that:

This workshop is not at all par with the maruti workshop standards.

I own a Swift Vxi. Recently when I participated in the Swift Rally on its anniversary, I was given a Free Wash coupon by Maruti. So yesterday I visited Apra Motors, Gurgaon. Looking at the way they work and staff attitude I find it hard to believe that they are actually a privately held company. By all account they work like a typical "Govt" department where the customer is made to run from desk to desk, for getting a job card, to find the billing counter etc. It took them 3 1/2 hours just to wash my car. This is in-spite of my 3 reminders to them to hurry up. They claim they have a 24x7 workshop but washing area opens only past 10 am while they take cars @ 9 am. Apra Guys, wake up & smell the coffee. I am certainly not visiting them again and want to warn others too.
