Maruti Sales & Service - Naraina - Delhi

They are cheaters. Stay away. They charge different amount than promised and do bad service. I went a few times and always bad service.

Pathetic service... the workshop manager mr sarkar will not entertain you, He will just give u run arounds.

I had given my car(swift vxi AMT) for service on dec 8th 2021 since then i had started experiencing a vibration in my car. I had complained about this issue for 5 times now and till now my car has not been fixed.

Their last service advisor told me that as its amt hence the vibration will always be there.

The are fraud . would tell you that you need to fill in a form to book their services and then would ask you to send the card details . they would steal your money. I have already complained to cyber cell about them. if anyone faces them same issue kindly cross-check with their number in the cyber cell you will find their crime report. Be careful!

I always get the service and other work of my cars done in your workshop at Naraina. Just 2 days back I got it serviced my car no.DL12CH-0642. and for that I paid appx.?5400/- I spend my almost whole day to get it serviced done. Your service advisor was very good and hard working man but the other staff I found not upto the mark . It’s just two days gone and my car is in same condition as it was because of poor or bad quality material used for outer and inner finessing. I am very disappointed with Maruti service centre as it’s own by the company itself.I was not interested to get it serviced my car as it was giving me good mileage but your staff was calling me almost very day to bring the car for servicing from no angle my car looks after two days that it has been serviced by Maruti.In the last I want some action must be taken by you or management.
