Buying the car from Mahindra First Choice was such a terrible and horrible experience which I am not going to forget throughout lifetime.


I suggest you to never ever think of buying a second hand car from them.


Please read this review and refrain from losing your mental peace. They are very unprofessional, even more unprofessional than a local car dealer. Don't get lured by the brand name of 'Mahindra'. Because 'Mahindra' has no control over their First Choice franchise partners. They do not have Standard Operating Procedure, which should be followed by all of their franchises. Even if you raise any complaint to Mahindra First Choice, they do not have any authority over their franchises.


Whatever I said above, I experienced myself. And you will be convinced as will share my experience further.


I booked the car from one of the Mahindra First Choice franchise near my residence. The Franchise Name is 'Heritage Expo Car Sales( P) LTD'. It is situated near Gaur City-2 in Greater Noida West. I booked the car on 28-November-2021. I Filled a Preowned Car Booking Form which is attached here to prove that the review is genuine.


Selling price was agreed as Rs.3, 18, 000 which is mentioned on the Booking Form. RC Transfer charges were agreed as an additional Rs.5500, which is also mentioned on Booking Form. Hence the total amount which I agreed to pay was Rs.3, 23, 500.


Booking amount agreed was Rs.10, 000, which is also mentioned on the attached Booking Form. I Paid Rs.10, 000 on the same day that is 28-November-2021. Payment proofs for the same are attached. I did UPI payments through Phone Pay App. I made two payments each of Rs.5000. One at 3.33 PM and the other one at 3.34 PM.


Then I made the second payment of Rs.99, 000 on 29-November-2021 at 3.18 PM. This was also a UPI Payment through Phone Pe (Payment proof is attached).


After that I made the remaining amount of Rs.2, 14, 500 on 30-November-2021 through RTGS transfer (Payment proof is attached). So, I made full payment within 3 days of booking. Now, the issue started after that.


First issue was that, when I visited Mahindra First Choice website and searched their used Car Dealers & Showrooms in Noida, 'Heritage Expo Car Sales( P) LTD' was not listed there. You can yourself visit their website and confirm.


Now see the attached Booking form. The address mentioned on the Booking form is not of 'Heritage Expo Car Sales( P) LTD', it is in Gaur City 2, Greater Noida‘. Also, the Booking form is neither have the Logo of ‘Mahindra First Choice’ nor of 'Heritage Expo Car Sales( P) LTD'. Unexpected from a reputed brand like ‘Mahindra’.


So after making full payment, I went to take the delivery on 5-December-2021. I requested them to provide a receipt of the payment. Please refer the attached payment receipt. It neither have the Logo of ‘Mahindra First Choice’ nor of 'Heritage Expo Car Sales( P) LTD’. Unexpected from a reputed brand like ‘Mahindra’.


They did not prepared any sale deed. Until and unless the paper is transferred sale deed is legal record, which proves the purchase of the product. Unexpected from a reputed brand like ‘Mahindra’.


They just prepared a paper showing receiving of the vehicle by me. That paper is also attached. It also neither have the Logo of ‘Mahindra First Choice’ nor of 'Heritage Expo Car Sales( P) LTD’. Unexpected from a reputed brand like ‘Mahindra’.


After taking the delivery the main struggle started. On 9-December-2021, I submitted the RC transfer form and required documents to their team. They promised me that they would get the car Registration paper transferred in my name within 15 days.And that was the biggest joke of my life.


After 15 days I called them to remind that paper are not yet transferred. After, that I reminded every week for next 4 months. I called them, messaged on WhatsApp, and even visited their outlet multiple times during these 4 months. But every time I just got the fake promises and next date.


So, after 4 months I wrote about this incidence in social media on different platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter. I even tagged Mr. Annand Mahindra social media platforms. Still, no action.


After that I contacted ‘Mahindra First Choice’ customer care on 9930565555. Again, the series of follow-ups, fake promises and dates started. But no action.


So, I registered a complaint on Consumer Forum on 06-April-2022. Initially they suggested me to write an email to them on- help.mfcw@mahindra.com on 12-April-2022. I got a reply to my email from Regional Manager of Mahindra First Choice. They appointed a case officer for my case, who called me once. I explained the issue to him. He promised to get back to me. But he never called again and never picked my call. Consumer forum team also wrote a mail to the company on 12-April-2022. But they did not receive any response and sent a reminder to them 28-April-2022.


I also asked the dealer the Mobile number of the car owner. But they never provided stating that as a company policy. So finally, I used my mind and extracted the mobile number of the owner from the old insurance. To my surprise, he did not sell his car to Mahindra First Choice. He bought a new car and he sold the car to the showroom from where he bought the car. That showroom sold it to Mahindra First Choice. He was informed by the showroom that car paper were already transferred. When I informed him about the paper not been transferred even after 4 months, he wrote a mail to the Korea Head office of the car showroom company. Then the employee of that showroom called me the very next day ad took the contact details of the Mahindra First Choice franchise owner. The very next day I got the call from franchise employee to get the OTP and RC transferred the very next day. Height of unprofessionalism!


Selling Used car at the price of New Car

I selected a car model 2019. The value in 2019 was 13.29 lakhs but the dealership is selling the same at 13.45 lakhs. Not sure if Anand Mahindra has any control in place to keep a check such kind of activities. Dealer is selling 2nd hand cars at the price of new cars.

I would like to inform you I have purchased Pre-Owned Hyundai I10 –(Jan’09- DL-3CAL8522)Car from your Authorized dealer (“Noida Car Ghar-B-89 Sector-16, Noida-201301”) on 7th Oct’20 discussion was held with Sub hash Singh (as per person who informed his name) (+91-08588841455) and Sagar (+91-85888-41454). We got offer amount of RS 165000/- (inclusive of RC transfer + Fullinsurance + 6 Month Warranty+ 6 Month RSA + Free 1st Service + PDI + Rubbly+ Polish +Dry Clean) after negotiation we have finalized


On amount of RS 145000/- ( inclusive of RC transfer + Third party insurance + 6 Month Warranty + Free 1st Service + PDI + Rubbly+ Polish +Dry Clean) and thenI paid through Online (RS 125000/-) and Cash (RS 20000/-).


Fake Commitment made by your authorized dealer.


Warranty Related - When I confirmed about 6 month warranty paper and details he said this will updated Online tomorrow, I have called to sales person Sagar (+91-85888-41454) on 8th Oct’20, he was very rude and said there will not warranty if will get any issue we will resolve your issue.


Payment Slip Related - Post payment I had asked for booking slipand payment slip they said accountant is not available due to night than I will share you tomorrow. When I have asked for payment slip they have share me Cash Receipt instead of Invoice behalf of Mahinda First Choice. (Attaching Cash Slip for your reference).


As a customer I have feel cheated by your or your authorized dealer.Kindly look into this and addressed this concern as possible. I can take car from olx/ car24 / Facebook but I took car from here for warranty and satisfaction whih I missed and paid extra 40K from market rate.

I purchased Skoda Superb from Mahindra First Choice Car Ghar sector 16 noida worst experience with them odometer is tempered you can check in below photographs with below mention summery


27-2-2016 odometer reading 119200Km


26-3-2016 odometer reading 121034Km


13-1-2017 odometer reading 88811Km


is this possible that in 2016 car has crossed more then 1 lack KM and then in 13 jan 2017 car came back to 88811km.

Mahindra First Choice the cheats

I Bought a Hyundai i10 from Mahindra First Choice dealer Noida Car ghar at Sector 16 Noida. It was a night mare. All their claims of certificate is a big cheat. Their biggest cheating was regarding the Kms covered by the car. They Tachometer showed it covered 48000 kms. But after purchase when I went to the original dealer for servicing as the car was giving all sorts of trouble they stated that the car had actually covered 90000 kms and had met with two major accidents. They also sold me a poor quality battery Powerzone as the battery was weak and I had to replace it just after 4 months by an Exide battery. I spent more than Rs. 60,000/- on the car in first two years to make it in driving condition.


My advise therefore to all prospective buyers of used cars please avoid Mahindra First Choice like plague if you do not want to be cheated.

Mahindra first choice is a very good option for middel class peoples.its like dream comes true, means a low budget family who have a dream to have a car , can make there dream come true because of mahindra first choice servise. mahindra first choice have many more option in diffrents verients and also all types of cars. so go and visit hurry.

Mahidra First choice workshop closed down no Clue

I have taken Car Care Value Pass Scheme in Feb 2014 from Mahindra first choice Noida and there were 2 workshop in Noida Sec 5 and Sec 63.


I have not completely utilized my passes but from past 8 or more months both the Workshop are closedand I have sent email to the customer care, there also no one responded.

I had my Ford Ikon car serviced from Noida Sec-5 workshop this june and had a terrible experience.




  1. Car was delivered to me late in the evening without vacuuming or polishing. I refused to accept then I was told I will get it next day.




  2. Next day I got the car but the polishing was still bad and when I started to drive to my office the AC fan was not working. So I went to the workshop and was told that the fuse was loose which they fixed. Ruined half day office.




  3. For polish, I was told that the material of my car was not holding the polish, as if it was made of wood. Stupid!




  4. The silencer hanger/rubber got broken and I asked them to fix it during service, but they tied the silencer with a plastic pipe from scrap that got burnt after I drove a few kilometers making the silencer fall down.




  5. Most importantly, after the service, my car is now leaking engine oil and when I complained the guy said my car had this problem before service. I told him that the car is old but there was no oil leak that fell to the floor prior to the service. He said they cant do anything and advised me to go to Ford.




  6. Last but not the least, the average of my car has dropped after service and there is nothing I can do, I wrote a mail to their customer care but haven't got a reply for ages.






Their is no improvement in my car functioning as it normally happens after servicing.


The answer is NO -


Q1. Please clean the headlamp reflectors or change the bulb as light is dim - Ans: Sorry you need to go to Ford or install a kit from local market.


Q2. You have spoiled the packing due to which the oil is leaking, now at least fix it - Ans: Sorry you need to go to Ford we don't have the required packing.


Background and conclusion - I bought(was made to buy) the Rs 699/- mahindra customer's choice package that included one free service(labour charge), three services with with 50% off on labour, four car wash etc., and I then availed it for the service of my car thinking it to be a good offer that wasn't to be considering their performance and result. They are unprofessional, do not have good mechanics(at least the Noida Sec 5 branch) and unwilling to help, sometimes rude too.


Mahindra First Choice has damaged my car and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES to anyone.
