Can anyone senior from management make me understand as y do u make group over whatsapp? When u dont have to revert back. Y no one from senior management is involved in said group for understanding customer grievances timely. Pathetic service staff.

I purchaed alto lxi from magic auto. Previously I went to Rana Motors but the staff there were not coperative. Magic auto has best customer dealings. They explained to me all the pricing, including the insurance, gave me loan options .

Bank executives were present there already.

The car bought was in good condition. It was delivered on time. They have their service center in Mayapuri. Gave me 3 free service .

This was my personal experience

Me and my family went there to buy a swift car which was represented by some sales guy over there. He was very specific about the details of the car and was energetic in terms of paperwork and the work required to be done with car when it is sold. In terms hospitality very good.

I had a very bad experience with M/s magic auto, dwarka. I have a maruti wagon r, dx model. I wanted to give the vehicle to my son who has turned 19 this year so that he can drive the vehicle for college etc.

I wanted to have a standard servicing so that its safe. there was no major problem as such. when the vehicle was inspected by the technician some parts and lubricants etc. were told that need replacement. towards the completion some more suggestions of part replacement and warning of safety compromise was given if not replaced.

I agreed to it and it was done. I was already over budget. problems started after a week of service. poor mileage. noise in the engine. brake oil leak etc. I went to them atleast half a dozen times but the problems are still to be rectified fully to my satisfaction

First of all, I would like to tell you that if u r in palam, sagarpur, or in dwarka and planning to buy a car then you can come here to fullfill ur needs.

Because of my current experience, these guys are awesome and help you out in each and every condition, meaning from enqury to purchaase . on each and every step.

So if want to buy a car and live in the said places den go for it.

I have been to several car dealers in the city as I have a pation for the cars, Magic Auto was one of the worst.

first of all to start with the ambiance is so shoddy that you will not enter in first go, it is under the Metro Railway station so the fear of trimmer is always there, second the pollution, both noise as well as the air is way too high, it is if you go there you will definitely fall sick.

so many house flies are tehre that you will end up coming out as no one dengue prospect.

once you reach in there is no proper reception.

the sales representatives are at best bad if not worst.

not able to talk properly and product knowledge was not up to the mark.

after sale services are bad and they don't care about the customers.

I am not critical but these guys has forced me to do that.

so bad.
