Lexus Motors - AJC Bose Road - Kolkata

I have enquired about an offer on Tata Tiago through social media, firstly they settle on a BS4 model by calling themselves but thenafter all of a certain a second sales person called and given another offer on a different tiago car. I told I have already spoken and our deal is done then he started behaving in ill manner and became loud and shouting that the car you are talking is already sold, I told no issues I will not purchase.

These people will ruin the value of Tata and they are not worth to be given dealership.

I had made a booking in February 2017 for a Tata Zest Car and I have to cancel the booking after couple of months due to some reasons. Even after 2 and a half years I am yet to get my booking amount back. I have called them and went to their office numerous times but they know how to make fool out of their customers. Whenever you will contact them, they will refer your query to another person and it will continue unless you give up. I

For the past to years I have been submitting refund application in writing but they do not have any clue where my letters are dissapearing, neither do they keep track on their customer's queries. I believe now I have to take strict Legal Action against them as they have committed fraud.

I bought a New truck 3718 Tipper by paying on 1st March got its delivery at 10th March and still I have not got my papers , they are just good at talking but after that what happens to the customers they don't care .my truck is standing at my door for last 10 days if I had got my paper it would have given me profit but now only I am suffering due to irres

For better deal and service go to dhulichand. Once you pay you have to make several rounds for everything, be it delivery, accessories. I even had to pay late fees for high security number plate as dealer handed over the receipt after almost one month. It's pathetic. You shall get fur better deal in terms of cost,
