The management of this service center is very bad.

The staff is very careless.

They deliberately leave defects in the repair of the car.

Then when you go back, they say that only one defect will be fixed and the other defect will be charged for money.

Then they say that you should bring the car and they will fix it. Then take the car. Then they say that you will get it tomorrow. Then they will call you in the evening. They will order the part. The part will come in 8-10 days. Then bring the car. Now come back and take the car.

Then they will call you and say that the part has arrived. They will fix it and give it to you. Then you go and take the car. Then they say that the part has arrived. They will order the part back. They will fix the car as soon as it arrives.

While taking the car, they told me that they had 1100 as file charges, but while giving it, they took about 3500.

When I went to take the car after a day, I got a message on the Whatsapp group that the car was ready. When they went to take the car, they took 4 hours to deliver the car.

They opened the carrier of the car and did not put it back. We don't have the tools to install it here, get it installed in the market.

At the time of delivery, they don't check the car completely and don't turn on the AC.

Even now my car's problem hasn't been fixed.

I also got my car serviced at Satnam Motocorp Jaipur, it is much better than this service center. This service center has been opened with the intention of cheating customers.

They take advantage of people who are in hurry or a person having excess money and time. The Service Advisor create doubt in customers mind for minor mistake in vehicle. Only expireneced can handle them otherwise get ready to pay excess money to them

My vehicle is under warranty. Still i have been charged for my car's timing work.my car total 49974 has run. My experience at the K.P. AUTOMOTIVE. was very very bad...

I want to know from MARUTI SUZUKI that the timing work on 49000 km. Less does not come in the warranty. If the car is in the warranty then.

I have been using the maruti swift vxi from last two years and I purchased the vehicle from kp automotives mansarovar jaipur, it has been a very bad experince from booking time to delivery time and then servicing part of kp automotives mansarovar.

I booked the car for one month booking time but inspite of calling thousand times I recieved the car after three months.

at the time of delievery I went on the showroom in morning 10 am and recieved the car at 5 pm in the evening.

so u can think whats the status and credibility of the dealer.

it has been most worse at the time of service.

so I would suggest all to beware of this dealer
