Self NIZAR AHAMED from Chennai i owned your brand maruti Dzire car , last 1and half years i have not faced any difficulty in service booking and delivery.


But am sorry to narate this .. one of worst service from your khivraj motors which in mountroad have given to me a taste of the worst response and services in last 2 days back.


Done one from your team called me via mobile number 638388xxxx on last Thursday and she said your vehicle is due for service then I said will discuss on Saturday she dropped the call.


Again on Saturday she called me and remind me about the service due . Then I said will book service on coming Sunday. On Saturday she called me and she confirm the Sunday service bookings (booking and pickup messages attached for your reference) 11th June 2023 service booking


Based on the discussion she send the pickup driver to pick my car and send my son to handover the key to the khivraj driver . Since am not in town my son help me to handover the car to service executive


As planned car taken to service but really I don't know where my car gone after 5 to 6 hour car driver called me and said your vehicle is ready to deliver can you pls come parking station to get the car and key.


Here the shocking is waiting for me .. kindly go trough the messages and one beautiful video of service done the great maruti Suzuki dealer ms khivraj motors in Chennai annasalai..


Car looks like it's gone some monster driving . Without service the vehicle is delivered by the khivraj motors team

Cheap Attitude people not worthy for selling cars

I recently purchased Renault Kwid 2020 model from them. Totally dissatisfied with their hospitality in receiving the customers, very stuffy place to sit and wait, not even given a fan for the customer.


Coming to booking, the representative will be keen in grabbing money from you, but no good service will be given. No offers or gifts will be given compared to other showrooms.


When I requested for my statement of accounts, nearly it took me 1 month to get it from them. Your car's on road price and other charges will not match the same they give in their invoice, you will be charged more than the exact price and they will put the blame on RTO.


The telecallers will beg for giving good rating as 10 for their showroom and service despite all these nonsensical response they give.


Finally, worst free service for cars, they won't give free pickups, they won't give you flexible timings to drive your vehicle to them, they will take intake only till 12 pm afternoon & will insist you to do the same. You won't get service reminder call or followups from them.


On the Whole, don't ever go to this Dealer hereafter.


Worst behavior and not customer centric

This place I had experienced the worst behavior in the way they handle customers. They are least bothered once the money is transferred and they dont care to have the courtesy to inform if there is any delay expected even during delivery day. First thing executive was resigned to whom I had been communicating with for my booking, neither him nor anyone from Khivraj had sense to inform me that there is a new one assigned to handle this booking, I was told only when I personally went to the showroom to ask about the progress, is that some kind of behavior anyone can accept.They nod their head for everything requirement you say and they can deliver none. Delivery was late, car wash was done only after we went to inspect if everything was ready! Temp registration took nearly 25 days with all non sense replies from them, Accessories have been requested to be fitted atleast a week prior to delivery, asked to wait for 3 hours on the delivery day, then informed they have no stock so will try some other day and never reached back. On the delivery day I encountered a person yelling at them for not keeping their word and was asking to cancel the booking or so, thought it was his mistake, felt it when I had a similar experience with these people. Tried calling during an event for insurance to get the car fixed, never bothered to respond back! never reached on call for service(even during the free service period). I got similar reviews from people who had bought from Khivraj, wonder how they are sustaining with so much business, Im pretty much sure they wouldnt be a repeat customers. Isnt there a way to give 0 star to this? Well this aint my first car that you can say it is everywhere the same, Sai service, Indus motors, Popular, ABT, Vishnu car are Far Far better than Khivraj.


every department is the same, rest rooms are kept locked, you would have to request them to open, even if you did you will not meet that person again! Voila again find someone who can help, to access the rest room had to wait 25 minutes to get the keys to open it. You will not be even handed over a water bottle until you ask one or 2 people even on the delivery day. Finance people will ask you do their job. you will not even see his face while you are busy going to bank multiple times getting things done.


not a promotion but all my services were done by ABT and was prompt and polite in handling the customers even during the insurance claims,

I have booked swift vxi in khiviraj motors adayar . I was fully satisfied with the salesman name Prakash! They delivered me the car in promised date.I was given good discounts and purchased the extra fittings in reason rates! The bank loan options was suggested with lower interest rates and all the documentation works was done by the salesman in doorstep.

I have booked swift zdi. While booking salesman promised to deliver vehicle within 20days. It has been one month . he is not at all picking my call. Even manager is supporting him saying he is not such kind of person. After paying advance and downpayment. This* guys are least bothered about.us. try other dealers. Also sales manager is trying to covience to take car without airbag wen I asked about vdi(o) which comes with dual airbag and abs. Worst customer service. Still my car hasnt deliverd

Khivraj very worst service, completely fraud.please dont prefer khivraj. I booked pulsar 150 on march 22, they told me will deliver it including registration on 28th.


When I called monday they told 1st april you can take, now its 4th april today also I called still they are not sure will be able to deliver tomorrow.moreover there is no single call I have received from the dealer regarding finance verification, delivery time.when I called and enquire that I haven't received any verification call.that time they asked me the details.till today I only call them and enquiring about the status.very worst timeliness.please dont prefer khivraj.(Pallikaranai)

Khivraj Cheating customer with Fraudlant Finance

Recently I have booked Swift Dzire Tour and Executives from Khivraj Mount road has organised a unauthourized Finance provider(IFMS) by getting commision from the finance provider and I thought since it is organized by Khivraj it would be a approved one.


I have been chasing them to get my money back 82, 921 INR for the last 4 months, both the finance provider and Khivraj Motors Executives shows fingers vice versa.


Please help to escalate this pain to Senior management of Khivraj Motors and help me to get my hard earned money back from these


Also people before going for any bookings have a thought process about this fraudlent activities and proceed with decision.


Think Before Go To Khivraj Motors, Mount Road

I went to Khivraj motors Mount Road, Chennai to service my Discover 100CC bike. I choose Khivraj, because it is a big bajaj dealer. That makes the bulshit!


It went just 3, 000 kilometers. I wanted to do general service because the bike has less pickup and to change a 12v petrol gauge lamp. But when I approached the service person he not at all listening what my need is.


And when I went to pickup my bike he make me wait for 1.5 hours to produce my bill. And when I saw the bill I got very shocked. The bill amount is Rs.1, 474.00.


The bill is as follows;


Engine oil – 390


Quick clean - 90


Engine oil Additive – 75


Element oil filter - 39


Position lamp- 22


Cable-brake - 116.55


Labour charges;


Service – 480


Chain lubrication – 73


Front brake overhaul – 140


Consumable - 78


I questioned that, the service charge is charged as 480 Rs. Then why additional charges as Chain lubrication - 73, Front brake overhaul - 140 but he is not responding properly. Also there is no need to change the brake wire, because it run just 3, 000 kilometer. So how the brake wire to torn so quick?


And the final result no improvement and the bike is running at low pickup as when I took the bike to service. A big question arise in my mind? Do they service the bike as billed or simply water wash and gave it to me?


"If I went to a local mechanic, he may charged Rs. 500, and the service will be good."

I had left my vehicle at Khivraj Motors Mount rd branch in chennai, my pulsar vehicle was facing some sounds everytime it stepped into a manhole , hence when I went there , replacements of the parts were suggested not after hearing the customers complaints or what is needed to be done to solve the issue but by seeing how many kms the vehicle has crossed , a whole lot of other parts were also changed which I felt were not necessary but still I changed , as I wanted my vehicle to be perfectly ok.


I was asked to come back after 2 days only to c that there is no one to help me out with the delivery of the vehicle , on asking the reason for the delay the answer I got is everybody including the manager is out for lunch hence I have to wait without a choice for half hr, my bill amy was 2700 the day I took my vehicle I found out that the vehicle is just the same it is not water washed though I was charged for it , nothing has been done but still I being charged , I took back the vehicle after a week and again they told me that my shock absorbers have gone hence I need to changed that , after reluctance I said fine the approx amt I was told be 1700.


I came back in the evening I was told to pay 2000 reason - tax , which the service person didn't know it seems , when I took the issue to the service manager who was snoring in his ac room , his tummy coming out of the chair that given to him , he justified what had happened was right , and took no efforts to pacify the customer .both the manager and the service person guru seemed like dumb asses to me , with such a pathetic service I dont understand how he sits at the managers posting , worst experience that one could go through .

Worst Maruti Car dealer in Chennai.

I had the most horrible experience buying a Maruti Zen Estilo from M/s.Khiviraj Motors, Chennai in December 2007. It offers one of the worst service and also the accessories dealer inside the Mount Road Show room can best be termed a cheat.


In my case after accepting money for providing Sony's speaker for a Sony CD player purchased from there they simply provided a local Chineese make speaker for the Car and consealed it inside the rear back door. On questioning Mr.Jain insisted it was Sony speakers and told us to have faith in him. However when we asked him to open the same his fraud was exposed and later he was forced to put back the original Sony's speaker.


Now on 11th March 2009 while undertaking a job of free replacement under warranty period of Wiper Motor the car was sent back with the front wind screen fully scractched by their shabby mechanics without informing me of the same. This has occured while the faulty motor was being removed. The fact that the mistake was not even informed to the customer with a sole aim of hiding it only proves the disintegrety of M/s.Khiviraj Motors. I had to send back my car from my Office nearly 25 KM away for entire replacement of a front wind screen. I had therefore insisted that all repair jobs should be done in front of my personnel as I have no belief in the honesty of the mechanics in Khiviraj Motors.


My advice is never to buy any automobile from M/s.Khiviraj Motors. In fact I have not done any free services for my Zen with them.

I mean the title. The price of regular service is economical but when the service comes for accident service is really cheap. When I say service is cheap means no good to hail the company. I have been a regular customer of Khivraj till last year when I met an accident that changed my entire opinion about khivraj motors of Anna salai.


First there was no proper guidance to me when I called them from the Accident spot, only thing I heard from them saying bring the car to our body shop. I enquired about the legal formalities for getting insurance, they said we will take care, please bring the car.  As a regular customer to them I thought they know the history of the car and asking me to bring. I didn’t have second thought to go to any other work shop. But to say the truth, they took nearly a week or more to evaluate the car’s damages. Finally they gave me an approximate estimation of 33, 000 for repairing the front right side damage and back bumper. I was curious from those people to know about how much money I can claim from Insurance, I got the answer saying I will be asked to pay atleast 13, 000 for a 3year old car. But I did come to know the truth in later term that If I would have serviced it with a normal mechanic it would have been costing me even lesser than 7, 000 for the whole work. Now I have a claim on my records for paying more than what is actually required. My accident caused only Khivraj to gain money.


With respect to the body shop service, It was pathetic they took nearly 15days to delivery my car after the evaluation. I asked them to keep the car till the claim from insurance so I don’t need to pay them cash. But it was a shock, they said I need to pay nearly Rs.100 rupees for parking every day till I get the insurance claim after paying so much money from my pocket and my insurance now there were looking for another way to loot more. I saw them literally looking at their customer as vending machines pouring money on their accounts.


Later a week after I took the delivery, the car started giving lots of rattling noise and the petrol gage in the dash board started malfunctioning. I revisited the body shop and the supervisor told me I have to replace the tank because it is been damaged in the accident. I asked why didn’t you report this when we proposed for the insurance claim, he was cool and replied we didn’t notice it that time. The front door rattling noise and unmatched painting on my white colored car made me feel hard and they had no answer for my questions. Finally I have to take the car to a normal mechanic in pudupet to fix all the issues including the tank. It’s true for the last 2 years after that incident after I corrected the issues from the local mechanic my car never had any major problem and I’m now comfortable.


In a single expression they are totally cheap(Nagative comment)
