Goyal Motors - Taradevi - Shimla

Worst experience at maruti suzuki goel motors .

The owner rejected the approval and rejected to deliver me alto k10 .

They are applying their own norms that without additional warranty we wont deliver the car and the approval has been rejected . And i had to wait 3 hrs for the approval .

They say that if you wont take extended warranty we wont deliver you the car .

After i accepted the offer of extended warranty the started the billing immediately even the manger nad general manger refused

Very bad experience, no carring of customer.i buy a new ertiga in2023 August andafter in 11 months I found tecnical problems windows are not working properly, very bad experience.simple suggetion for other buyer who thinking for buying a new car from maruti Suzuki , Honda, Toyota is best for dealing and the staff is also supportable.think 100 times before buying a car from Suzuki

The Goyal Motor Shimla/Rohru always uses their client for the business there is nothing good for the services. I have suffered every time whenever I entered in the workshop. I was there for service my car but when I collect my car there is very huge mistake done by Goyal Motor's workshop mechanic. I am not able to drive even a few kilometer. Then I again go back to the showroom to check the same. They are just laughing on me instead of give attention on my problem. I have requested earlier as well to the staff to give attention to the customers. I will not recommend any one to visit GOYAL MOTOR any where for the service and purchase. They don't understand the criticality of the customers. There nothing good to give even rating 1 I'll give rating in minus if possible.

Car servicing is not consistent. We arrive at the workshop around 11:30 for AC servicing and we were told that the part for the car was not available. We were ask to go some were outside at sanjoli where we will get the part. After we call goyal service at solan. From where we got a number by a lady I think from reception (very nice and attentive sorry forgot the name then we call again at the same place at shimla service center. Then a person named budiram (I beg your pardon if the name is wrong) call us and said that part is available. We spend a day just running here and there. After when our car was in in the line. The service boy was not again consistent. They were taking the car from the middle of the line means those people who knows the service guys can get a fast track service others have to wait as we did. No one is attentive to do there job as per the way it should be. Very disappointing experience in the goyal motor service in Shimla Taradavi. Very bad. Top management should look into it.

Goyal motor one of the best car dealer in shimla ( himachal paradesh) . Best car service and well supporting staff. Goyal sell all type of maruti cars like maruti 800 maruti swift maruti jipsy and maruti vitara breeza all cars famous in himachal.

Goyal motors sells cars since 1998 and its sell increase day by day. Most of goyal motors custmer happy with service support and buying and selling thair cars. Finance plan is to good easy to finance car from goyal motors. Iam always happy with them. Iam buy swift and maruti 800 good service support
