Very poor service of godawri hyndai ferozpur road near ayali Ludhiana


Pls don't take ur car for denting painting to this showroom..u will cry and will be harassment from Mr Ramesh...Mr amandeep...GM Mr jagjit and Mr bakshi...very poor service


I met with an accident in June 7 and took a 1.5month to cover and maintain...but still when I took after long follow up...again in raining water enetered in car...after that again I recalled godawri...for solving it....they said we are bank rupt and no inventory available...and when I forced they arranged part and still which work was to be done on 3days it took 10days...


Poor worst service


1 no one use to pick phone


2 very poor performance by team


3 no dental painter there as per them company not giving salary


4 when my car repaired in 1.5months then according to bakshi his denter was drunked and added very bad masala in body of car which can be damaged any time


5 at every alternative day 2members on leave


Poor service I m still didn't not got my car... Miss communication every time..

Really disappointed with Godawari Hyundai's solving the problem with the fog light my car.


I had visited several times to get my fog lights checked. On my visit twice there, they asked me to come a little earlier, I was reached there about 15:30 hrs, so they were not able check my car. It's ok I told them, later they fixed an appointment to pick my car from place and get this issue checked. They booked an appointment but at the first instance they forgot to follow up and wasted my time later after making them aware of this they booked in for next day and took my car to their showroom and after many hours later calls me and tells sorry after suspection that has already done two-three weeks earlier that they don't the light lever to fix - these guys has wasted so much of my time + fuel and paitence.


I fairly new to ludhiana and trusted these people as I got my car serviced from them but after having to go through such incident, I'm no longer going to go to them to waste my further time. Very poor service by godawri Hyundai, Ludhiana.


Fog lights is not a very heavy tasks, taking so much of time makes me believe this particular service station is not managed well with poor level of workers there. I lost faith, sorry not going to come back to you ever again.


Thanks for wasting my time and energy. Disappointed customer. :(

Pathetic after Sale Service

Please Take all your commitment on Paper Their Staff changes almost every weak and than they will ask for the written commitment  their word value is nothing.


After Sale Service is Pathetic keep following them for Your RC Accessories. Even after one month you have to give calls to them Your Rc has expired they will tell You to call again & again.


In SHort you have to keep yourself  free because you have to chase them for very single thing there own duty is finished as soon as amount is received.

I have been abused by a salesman of godawari hyundai ludhiana and as an evidence I have posted an audio file of recording of my interaction with mr. Sushil in mail as attachment.


I had booked a hyundai creta in month of july with godawari hyundai but due to some reason, I had filed an application to cancel the booking.


After repeated attempts to get the cheque, initially my call was unanswered and later, I was abused by the salesman in a threatening tone.


I dont know if it is a part of training by hyundai india to abuse the customers but I seek a justification about the same.

I had purchased Hyundai i20 asta DSL 1.4 from Godawri Motors, Ayali chowk, Ferozepur Road, Ludhiana on 02.09.2013, below are the incidents/ issue details.


1) As committed by the Godawri Motors sales representative car was to be delivered on 02 sept. 2013 . I called him at 11:00 am on 2nd Sept. 2013, he assured me  that car will be ready by the evening . I again confirmed from him number of times that day before taking leave from my office. At 4:00 pm I called him and received a weird reply from him " Sorry sir that car was already billed for another person I can't deliver it today". It was a great shock for me. I conveyed this incident to Mr. Rajinder(M.d. Godawri motors, Ludhiana) . He said car will be arranged from their Moga branch by 7:00 pm . After this finally the car was delivered to us by 9:00 pm on 02.09.2013.


2) After few days of purchase when I received the retail invoice, I found the car model mentioned on invoice was i20 sportz 1.2 dsl and not i20 Asta 1.4 dsl . and price mentioned on bill was way too below what I had paid for the car. Then it was rectified  in retail invoice, but still I have the receipts with wrong car model .


3) Insurance document was supposed to be received within a week time from  purchase date & Regd certificate / reg. number were supposed to be received


nearly within 1 month time  from purchase date. But with constant following up, insurance documents, Regd Certificate for vehicle were handed over to me after harassment of more than 2 months .


4)And again I found wrong car model mentioned on insurance documents . After week long harassment  it was then rectified in endorsement document issued separately .


5)As I have been driving Hyundai car from last 11 years I was entitled to get Loyalty bonus  . As promised by sales representative Loyalty bonus check was to be cleared / received within 1 month time  from purchase date. After constant following up with concerned person for approximate 4 and half months, circumstances forced me to file the complaint(mailed at'crservice@hmil.net' on Jan 19, 2014).After this mail next day I received the call from Godawri motors, Moga. They said they had received the complaint, but I explained them that I had purchased from Godawri motors, Ludhiana branch . Then a customer care representative from Ludhiana branch called me and said that "in  our system, its being displayed that you have purchased from Pioneer motors, Ludhiana" .Then finally after confirming from sales representative, they agreed the purchase and also said that your loyalty bonus payment is ready, please collect from the branch. When I went there, I was shocked to hear a reply " Sir have you received the call from our end?", nobody there was aware of my ongoing issue. after enquiring for more than half an hour, sales representative assured me that he will deliver the check at my place within 1 or 2 days. And still I haven't received the check even after 2 weeks of my complaint date


6)There was some fluid leakage near the rear tire from day one, when I mentioned it to technician of Godawri motors he assured me that it is only A.C. drainage. Then after few days I started experiencing screeching sound from rear shocker, I mentioned this problems in first service on 5th Nov. 2013 . While delivering the car service advisor assured that they have cleared that problem. But I was not satisfied and again after few days I went for checkup; service advisor,  technicians convinced me again with the fact that rear shocker is perfectly ok . Following up my mail for less mileage of car, On 28th Dec 2013, technician who visited my place to check the mileage, found the problem in rear left shocker for screeching sound in few minutes only . I was completely frustrated, that in all previous checkups everybody in service team were making fool of me . Also I made him check the music player with which I was facing the problems from first day. finally after these frustrating four months Godawri motors service team agreed to replace the shocker as well as music player in warranty.


7)After few days I received the call for music player replacement . when I reached service station they didn't showed me the new product and without acknowledging me quickly started to install the music system . During installation I noticed that the music system had lot of noticeable scratches, the product seemed to be used, it was not showing any sign of being a new product. I asked the concerned person to match the serial number of the product with boxing of which he had no answer . I think he was trying to put  an old part inside the car; he was cheating the company as well as me. When I tried to click the picture, he showed resentment and this clearly proved his un-loyal intentions. Then I explained this incident to Service manager, he tried to convince me that company only gives refurbished products as replacement under warranty . I don't think this is the company policy. He was again trying to fool me.


8) Main engine wires got damaged due to unknown reason(according to technician it was damaged by rodents). First of all I was shocked how the rodents got inside the engine compartment, but anyhow I had to get car repaired. They didn't showed any interest and my words were falling hen I myself checked the wires and found that they have just wrapped the same tape again on the wires; the wires were still broken from inside. I was ready to pay the labor charges, but they were trying to fool me & they were unwilling to do the job. after discussing the issue for 15-20 minutes they finally agreed to repair the wires. The technician, Service advisor's who discussed with me were not available at the time of delivery & their mobile phones were switched off, One service advisor completely assured me that wires have been fixed properly and also they have tested . After few kilometers of drive my car broke down on my way back, I after checking I found that they only completed half the job and out of the 4 main wires 2 were still broken . Then I had get my vehicle towed . Luckily I was in town and help was available . Just imagine if this incident would have happened outstation on highway, it could have ended in serious accident .
