Overall experience was excellent while taking the car delivery from showroom. Very Irresponsible and Pathetic Customer Service. I had ordered Boot Matt for my Maruti Dezire, it's more than 20 days. No sense of responsibility from dealership. They keep giving false assurance for sending accessories. Taken the money and not ready to cancel the order. Mr. Vinayak Mhaskar is most irresponsible person.

I had booked wagnor LXI CNG car at fort point on 5th October 20, they had committed delivery of car on 13th November 20 that was dhantrayodashi but the didn't deliver my car & reasons gave to me cars not available from company side, again they committed me next date which was 30th November 20 again they didn't full filled their committed, again they gave me next date 10th December 20, again they didn't full filled their committed & I had sanctioned my car loan & again and again they had gave me falls committment my humble request to all of you guys don't book any car to fort point, because they are cheater & playing with customers they don't care their customer's, l shared my experience with all of you they played with me more than 2 & half months & finally I had cancelled my booking form fort point. I have gave zero rating to fort point thane

Purchased ertiga in 2016 from fortpoint, till date vehicle has gone for service 5 times

No under body washing even single time in last 4 years

2 years charges taken for underbody coating - not done

AC cleaning done and now cooling improper

reverse alarm not working

1 year back spare tyre got changed with some one in workshop loss of new tyre

All false commitment at every level

All AMC, fress service coupons as promised are not delivered and not even entertained

Every time new Mechanic - so called technician / engineer will call

No document given while collecting vehicle from home, every time we called and confirmed from fortpoint office for who has visited us

I booked the car Dzire in May and got the delivery on 12th jun 18. Post delivery I asked for car cover as a compensation as it was delayed. But I was given some veired answers like it will give scratches and rust. So the cover was not given. After the delivery no services given. Navneet motors gave all the service calls and proper servicing was done by them. I got a call from firtpount for 3rd service by that time it was already done by navneet. Fortpont promised wheel alignment but the second caller denied. Ridiculous service not because wheel alignment not given but no after sales service given.

It should not be called fortpoint instead looters point or robbers point.I booked a martuti suzuki celerio from their showroom in december 2016(christmas). and made whole payment by new year(2 jan 2017) after my loan got sanctioned. they said that the car will arrive there within next 20-40 days. as of now it's may and they're still saying sorry sir we have so many orders so can't give you exact date of delivery please check in next week. It was my first car of life and bought it for daily commute as there is no source of public transport in my locality. yet I am facing the same nightmare. I asked some experts and they told me to approach police. cops said that it's consumer court case so we can do nothing. court says to bring a cheating case's FIR copy.

verdict: m robbed off 5.6 lacs so I recommend don't trust those fraudsters else your car dream will break in pieces
