Hello guys I am Yagnik. I am here to share my personal experience with Excell Autovista car dealer in mumbai. Friends I want to buy new car. So unfortunately I decided this dealer to buy car. I Bought new Swift Desire. I did not like this dealer because of these reasons 1) Finance plans : Their Fiance service is not good if you want to buy car by instalment then they charges high percentage on interest. So if you want to buy car by instalment than this dealer is not good for you. 2) Service and Support: Friends Their service is not good.3) Staff: Their staff has not knowledge of business communication I mean Their behaviour is not good. Friends worst experience with this dealer.

Well, I was there to buy my first car their before sales service was good they helped me out with which car should I go with and what are the accessories that can be fitted in the car, but when I went there to pick up my car they it was not ready It took extra 2-3 hrs which was not good but after that all the service and maintenance check were done very smoothly nice service after sales.

I bought an Alto 800 5years back .I got a good service .sales and sevice people are helpful. 2days after purchasing the car pipe of the wiper wash cut by the rodents at my garage I gave a call this dealer staff who sold me the car within 2hrs he sent the mechanic to my home and replaced and checked well all the equipments and did not ask for any extra charge.such a good service is beyond my expectation. I can recommend my freinds and people to by vehicle at this dealership. Great
