Really bad experiences . Car service and other body shop work done within approx 20 days. my car deliverd and next morning car not start. In this regard intimated Mr devinder but he is not understand our query.

DeeEmm Hyundai is biggest cheaters in Auto market. I have booked Hyundai Creta as they have requested to book the car for erarly delivery. In the name of booking, they took 25000 INR but didnt dfeliver the car for 10 months. When I requsted them to cancel the booking, they have dedducted 3000 INR in the name of cancellation.

Surprisingly, Hyundai is also silent on this behaviour of dealer!

I purchased Santro Sports CNG on 17 October and car is giving Grinding Noise. When its checked, it finds Carbage in fuel tank.I have met with all seniors but results are bad. Not ready to replace the car and work is not done in 3 days also. It's a bad experience with world class Hyundai.

I do not recommend Dee Emm Hyundai for getting services done because they misguide the customer to inflate the bills. The cost you for the things which are absolutely not required. They have charged me 8614/- on my free service. God knows what will they charge if it would have been not a free service. My advice would be to take a genuine call yourself what is required and what is not required in your car.

They replace perfectly working genuine car parts with fake or old parts and even charge for that. Stealing fuel is very common which they also commit that it happens but do not bother to apologise. Unprofessional drivers damage the cars.

We bought hyundai I20 few days back from this showroom, it is not a safe place for women, the sales person who was having my contact number leaked it to a creep guy in the staff who then called maliciously.

If these big showrooms of prestigious brands have such low valued staff, cant think of the world outside.

These kind of males are the only reason this country is degrading in its morals and virtues.

They overcharge everything. And do not resolve the issues but they increase them further and then ask to visit again. Never trust them. Hyundai i10 basic service cost 8700 . Is it a Verna. It's an I 10 . A star srvice cost 5000 max. Worst thing issue not resolved and what was the issue simple mirror noise

My car ac was not working fine and I have given for service for the same issue twice in last 6 month last time they charges around 19k, and this time charges me for the same issue 21k just for servicing and ac checking.

My car is just 1 year old and I have spend money almost 1lakh for just servicing.

I have always suspected that authorized service centres are engineered to rip off customers and my last 1 year experiences just proved that . They overcharge for their own parts and their service charges have no logical foundations whatsoever. Its a black box.

They are kind of lootera people pls do not go for service there not even nuy Hyundai car.

I will go to the consumer court also for this issue.

I have always suspected that authorized service centres are engineered to rip off customers and my past 2 experiences just proved that . They overcharge for their own parts and their service charges have no logical foundations whatsoever. Its a black box.

My car had an ingnition coil issue and I had sent it to DeeEM huyndai's authorised service centre. They came back with a price of 7000 for an ignition coil and 6000 for car servicing!

I asked then to return my car and started hunting for an alternate service centre. I came across zapwheels and am so glad. The Hyundai ignition coil costs 2950 in the market! and the car servicing for another 2000.

I have had a similar experience with Safdarjung and Orion. They are all the same - Designed to rip off and cheat. I do hope these new age companies like Zapwheels succeed in taking their pants off

I have been approached by one Mr. Sunny Arora aka Abhishek Arora(Mobile No. 9910000588) to Dee Emm Hyundai. Though, I got the delivery from Dee Emm Hyundai on time and without any hassle but I got my Registration Certificate after delay of four months with lots of follow up. Since I was not directly dealing with Dee Emm Hyundai, they refused to entertain my grievance directly and asked to contact Sunny, who is a big time fraud.

Now, This fraud person Mr. Aunny Arora or Abhishek Arora is running away and blocked my mobile number because I am asking for difference of RTO fees from him since he charged RTO fee as per UP but my car is registered Haryana and there is difference in RTO fee. So my advice is if you anyone of you approached by him please stay way else he will make money from you by making excuses.
