The Hinjewadi project is legitimate, the developers are not cheating. Maharashtra RERA is keeping an eye on it. They have registered all the facilities that they promised they will provide, like swimming pool, cafeteria, festival plaza, gardens, multipurpose hall, gym, club house, open parking, recreational area, etc.

I do think we need to see how they develop this particular project. Their previous projects can be given 4 out of 5 stars, let’s hope this project is developed in the same way if not better. The location could have been better but then I think they’ve made sure not to disturb the local ecology.
