Xrbia is a cheater and give fake commitments

Firstly I would like to tell everyoneve that the message we all are getting from Xrbia of flat at 10.79 lacs is fake and just to attract customers. Real prices of flat are much more higher. I booked a 1BHK flat at Xrbia Neral Warai project. The flat cost me 13.5 lacs(agreement value) excluding stamp duty, registration and gst costs. While discussing the payment option I opted for 10% down payment and 90% loan. I have been clearly told that after making the 10% down payment I have to pay 3% Stamp duty+ 1% registration cost+ 12 to 15% gst costs within a week and my flat gets registered under my name and I will get the relevant papers. I make the 10% payment via cheque which get cleared on 25th of September 2017. After that I never get a call from Xrbia for next 1 month. I used to call the Xrbia executive several times or registration of flat but he never answers or response my call or messages. Finally after a month I recieved a call from Xrbia saying that the stamp duty prices have been increased and I have to pay 5% stamp duty now. I told them that its not my fault as they have delayed the procedure as I will pay 3% stamp duty as discussed while booking the flat. They were not even listening. I asked them to cancel my booking and return my money back so they said they will deduct 10% from my booking amount. I told them that I want my full money back infact they should give me extra 10% for using my money more than a month. I went to Xrbia head office at Sanpada as well and met the manager there. I asked him to resolve the issue either refund my money or do the stamp duty at 3% which was originally discussed. Its more then a month and no call or response from Xrbia. They are just giving fake and false commitments everytime I call them. I am just feeling like cheated now. My experience with Xrbia is really horrible and dont ever recommend anyone for Xrbia.
