The developers have been failing at been able to create active channels of cash flow and get the borrowers funded through loans which has basically led to the sales of been of no value. This has been caused since the developers have not been able to get lenders to lend to borrowers.
No equal access to common area

Not everyone has equal acess to the common areas and that is just not fair because we all paid equally. Some people get to use the common areas for their events while others do not.

The land on which the project is built is slum rehabilitation land and in the coming months people from the slums will come and live in the building. This is a big thing, yet they never mentioned this before.
They interfere in little things here.
