Review On West Pioneer Properties (India) Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai

West Pioneer Property India Pvt Ltd has really poor service. Following are the key points to consider befire making any deal with them. I would rather say stay away from them. I stay at Kalyan A-108, Metro Residency.

1. Possession is delayed for more than 2 Years.

   
   




2. The constuction quality is very poor and you will find hell lots of problem including but not limited to:

   
   




3. Bathroom Slope

   
   




4. Tiles Gap Not filled up

   
   




5. Wash Basins Fitting Issue

   
   




6. Water Force is not throttled causing tap leakages and pipes breakage causing frequent expenses

   
   




7. No arrangement of Water Tank For All the bathrooms

   
   




8. Poor design of bathrooms causing less available space for use

   
   




9. No vision on car parking space

   
   




10. No Electricity meter installed Even After 2 Years of Possession

    
    




11. 20 Feet building Surrounding road is widened by making the puzzle parking structure(8 Feet) which narrows the overall space available for walk

    
    




12. Video Door phone is not installed as promised

    
    




13. No Finishing for the Water Tank Slot

    
    




14. Drainage Water Bursting inside the house

    
    




15. Puzzle Parkings make you loose privacy of the flats.

    
    




16. Inappropriate Water Supply
