VVA Aspen Heights Bhiwadi is synonymous to false promises, project deviation, multiple frauds & Bankrupt Builder, They are not only screwing this project but also screwed previous projects as well. They are fooling and looting customers with false promises.
I have booked flat in 2015 with 45% payment but not even a single brick has been installed for the building in our allotted tower, and we''ve been longing for a refund since then.
Beware before booking flat
1) Construction has been completely halted for more than 6 years.
2) Case filed by Bank in NCLT for recovery
3) They have made dual sale agreement of same flat for two different parties(One with buyer and another one with investor).
4) They have deviated from Project plan communicated to buyers.
5) They don''t provide any communication or approach buyers for plan and execution.
6) Fake Company Registration Address in Delhi.
7) GST Number also cancelled by the department.
8) No responsible person is there to respond, company phone numbers are manage by salaried staff and they are poor in our help.
Their director Mr. Arun Jain & Vivek Jain(now showing ex director), is not ready to give any resolution and doesn''t own the problems. All the buyers are at risk. It has been mental torture buying the flat here.
