You cannot even design your on house here and you have to take permission from the builders, which is quite horrible because why ask someone else for permission to make changes in your own house?
Car lift never works!

A huge problem in this property is the car lift! It is not made well and it is constantly malfunctioning due to which we are not able to take out our cars when required!

This place is close to an area that is a dumping ground and it leaves an unbearable stench that is causing us headaches and pains.
The possession is delayed.

This is a high-rise building and they do not have any fire fighting systems that work. They are very callous and careless and that can be seen in other areas of the property as well.

There have been many instances where the sales have not been able to proceed since the developers are not been able to get successful in getting lenders to lend to borrowers. This has led to the sales of been of no particular value since the projects are unable to create liquidity.
Maximum delay for any work

The apartments at this place have a poor quality finish and their customer service is so bad. They are very prompt in demanding payments and will charge a fine if the payments are not on time, but when it comes to any repair work; they will delay it to the maximum, leaving the buyers helpless and frustrated!
