The company is owned by one of the leading business houses of Goa - the Dempos! They have now also diversified businesses in the domain of Healthcare, essential skills for kids and so on.
We were looking at buying an apartment of ourselves and we always wanted to go with an established brand in this sector. And we chose Dempos as they have been in the market for some time and had some reputed projects in their kitty, plus we wanted something away from the busy life of city and again at a reasonable cost. Their new project, Royal Vision at Merces, Goa, which is about 2 kms from Panaji city met all these requirements.
The project when we booked in last year about October, was scheduled to be completed by April-2015, which has got delayed, which is usually is an accepted norm in this business. For the final touches, we had to chase the builder to get the apartment completed so that we could move in and the same was done by last month in September.
The project houses 4 buildings with of 4 floors with 3 2BHK flats on each floor which makes it to about 45-50 flats project. It has basic amenities like Lift, covered parking, power back up for lift and surrounding areas, children park, badminton court, club house and security. There is no swimming pool.
The project is still not handed over to the occupants ad work is still underway of other things, like club house, security, garbage segregation, telephone lines and so on.
The quality is good, cant say exceptional - there were glitches which had to get sorted post we occupied the flat. We had to chase at individual capacity for some things to get completed
The builder has some good projects in their name like: Vision Park at Tonca, Vision Dream City - a new project coming up at Kadamba Plateau, Vision Luxuria Assagao, Vision Solitaire Porvorim and so on.
Overall, I would say, the builder is reputed and can be relied on for buying new property with them, however the usual chase will be involved with the overall process of buying a flat with them.
