Vijayasri Eldorado - An under construction project

I went to the site few weeks back. Looks like OK kind of project. Too far from the city. Almost 7-8km from Kadugodi market. No market in and around of 3-4 km of distance.

It shows project was launched more than an year ago and they have not yet completed even the basement of all blocks. So you cannot believe their projected date of completion which they claim to be by Dec 2017. Also the Demo flat they have constructed is not as per the plan. The Dining hall what they are showing in the Demo flat is 4-5 feet longer.

Yes for half of the block they have completed basement+GF+FF. So it's upto individual choice what and when they want their dream home.
