Fraud by Vigneshwara Developers

We had invested our hard earned money in 500sqft of commercial space in IT Park by Vigneshwara Developers in Sect 8 Manesar, Gurgaon. However, after recent interaction with HSIIDC officials, we have realised that Vigneshwara has done a big fraud in allotting that commercial space to unsuspecting customers like us. Vigneshwara is now refusing to refund our money. I am sure there are many more like us. We are contemplating initiating legal & criminal proceedings against Mr Sunil Dahiya who is the Director of this fraud company. May we solicit comments, suggestions & willingness of all those who have been duped by Vigneshwara or are aware about this issue. Thanks

Good company to invest in Real Estate

I have been an investor with this company Vigneshwara Developers for about 2 years now.

For a person like me who is sceptical to invest my hard earned money in shares, an investment in commercial property that too in Gurgaon has proved to be excellent. Many thanks to #vigneshwara which has given me a high value commercial property plus regular 12% assured return.

If anyone of you want to invest, give my reference might be they give you some more discount as I am their old client.

Hi,

After investing in FDs, mutual funds, I was looking for the property where I could have invested my money. And as I am from Gurgaon so looking for the properties in the same city.

I discussed with my friends and then took the market review I found I could invest in Vigneshwara, so I contacted them and they told me about their plan of assured return of 12%.

I thought lets try this now and I invested the money in Vigneshwara's Property Aquarius Business Park, Sector 35. I did this 7 months back and still I am getting my returns as in monthly cheques. That's really good.

Ghar baith kar kamao boss.

Vigneshwara Developer is a cheated company in Gurgaon I know u are sale and marketing person and you need lead for Vigneshwara. Sudhar jao.

This company will close soon. I know the actual facts of Vigneshwara Company because I am working with Vigneshwara Company in Gurgaon HO.

They create fake commitments and just need money from clients there is NO construction plan, NO Delivery Date. All two projects stopped from last more than 5-6 year's as it is position is wahi OLD photograph of site with same price Rs.5500 / 7000 / - 12000/.

Top cheater company in Gurgaon. I have a proof of fake Business by Vigeshwara Developer Gurgaon,

I have Invested in 500 Sq ft Retail Space in Vigneshwara's Project in Manesar. I am getting my returns on time, It is one of the professionally managed company which makes transparency and trust among Customers.There are negatives in the market which is not more than a rumor..

Very much satisfied with the investment, looking forward to make investment in Vigneshwara's New Project.

Vigneshwara is a great developers of Gurgaon. He is the first developers of Gurgaon who came with 12 % assured returns. We are very particular on the assures returns if we have issued cheque to the client that cheque will not be bounced because it's digitally signed by city bank.

Vigneshwara is great place to work as well. Clients are very much satisfied .this is a good place to invest.

If you want to invest then please invest on government companies but not on private companies.

I worked in that company but now I have no updates related to company or their employees.

Please do not follow, like or subscribe it

There is no assured return & no income even no investment in it.

Working with Vigneshwara since last 3 months and got a very good experience and healthy atmosphere. The organization have projects in Manesar and Gurgaon and it believes in customer satisfaction. Vigneshwara is offering 12% PA assured return.

Vigneshwara is very customer friendly during my first visit prior to booking the property and their friendly attitude gave me a lot of confidence to go ahead with the purchase.

During the sale process their representative was unwell, but he made sure that he pushed himself to accompany us so as to ensure that during our short trip to the site would be comfortable and complete the formalities without any difficulty.
