I bought a 3 bedroom flat from VictoryOne in their Amara project at Greater Noida under an easy finance scheme via DHFL(which is another story of embezzlement and corruption and where I am still struggling to get my interest rates lowered from an astronomical 10.5% and they also don’t follow any norms from RBI of lowering the rate based on good credit history of a NRI customer) back in 2015 and 6 years on in spite of getting a No Due Payment clearance in October 2020(which was already 24 months from the promised date of flat being ready by October 2018), I haven’t got the flat handover yet and all my phone calls and emails to even the MD, Sudhir Agarwal are not responded. First of all, they were to provide a flat on the 19th floor of the Block A for which they didn’t get the permission so they asked me to switch to a 12th floor unit in the same block which I didn’t have a choice but to switch to.


They are not in a condition to issue Occupancy Certificate nor are most of the flats in the new A Block registered so all you know is that they might be involved in more illegal practices and corruption.


So, I am finally going to file RERA case and also a Legal Case since I didn't hear back at all since my last review almost 6 months back. Beware and don't buy at all from them as they are clearly without any morale or ethics!
