Online bids are not supported in a proper formal way and there is no procedure in place that ensures that deadlines for the tenders are met. There is no formal compliance with the adequate laws that safeguard that all the processes are in the current proper flow. THis needs to change in accordance to the standard rules such that it is very convenient for all the buyers interested to take part in good numbers.

Their maintenace fee is very high at this place and neighbouring complexes have a much lower maintenance fee although they have the same amenities and facilities.

Since there are many pending cases of final payment of the earlier loans that many of the builders have taken previously. This has led to increased cases of confusion and conflict among the builders and many of the banks that used to previously fund these developers.
