There is no formal compliance with the adequate laws that safeguard that all the processes are in the current proper flow. THis needs to change in accordance to the standard rules such that it is very convenient for all the buyers interested to take part in good numbers.

Their maintenace fee is very high at this place and neighbouring complexes have a much lower maintenance fee although they have the same amenities and facilities.
