As an organisation I think VGN Should learn a lot. Female employees who works in kimberly petrol pump (another business of VGN) was verbally abused in front of everyone and was dismissed for no reason by their manager "KUNJIDABADHAM" when questioned he says "if you do things which I expect you to do you can be here no matter whatever mistake you do else leave ". This poor lady was literally crying out loud. Hence to help her out tried contacting VGN devadoss his PA Sangeetha spoke to me once after hearing all the stories they 're just disconnecting the call not knowing what to respond. Isn't this a filthy act ??? It clearly means the manager is expecting something else from the females working over there... where is the safety here for any females employees working for VGN. Such a shame.

The apartment that we own from VGN is very well-established and is built in the best location. There are many schools, colleges, and other social hubs that are essential for a happy living. I am very happy about their construction too. I feel proud that I have invested in the right property.

I bought a home at VGN Platina Ambattur. The project was initially delayed and the quality ain't great either. I don't want to make a write of various issues the Association has faced. Overall VGN is not a trustable builder. Don't buy apartments from them. If you want to get a inferior quality building at a reasonable rate, then go for it.

I am very happy that I booked my flat with VGN and impressed with the infrastructure details and the amenities that are affixed with the flat. It is perfectly located in the right destination and has all the special amenities. Thank you to the entire team.Great work VGN!

Please avoid any VGN project. Just ask the maintenance amount firstly I bought flat recently, 2BHK. Construction quality is poor. There are so many cracks that needed plastering. They use their own paint, yes they source it from cheap vendors. Bathroom fitting are of low quality and they rust. Only the toilets commode, closet, seat are Hindware. They will promise to deliver in 3 months and it will take 23 years. Maintenance for 2 BHK is 4000 to 5000.Rs.Yes and for 3 BHK is around 6, 000 Rs to 7000. They have pathetic customer service. Once you take possession they wont respond, to your calls. Atleast in Govt. office you can use RTI . Basically NO customer service.They wont pick up or answer back. You will get all sorts of commitments from everyone from VGN but nothing will be fulfilled.I am surprised to find all FIVE STARS review and rating over internet. It is all fake and its all done by VGN Staff themselves. I work for a multinational and I am an absolute owner and stating the reality here so that you dont suffer and go through the pain I went through. .Please speak directly to the owner and get feedback. Just ask the maintenance amount firstly

The detail shared is by an owner who trusted in VGN before 6 years and still fighting with them to get the amenities. Of late, I have been noticing aggressive marketing by the builder with promises of free car, the request is before you fall for it, do have a ground check done before putting in your hard earned money. I can speak for Stafford, even though the project was to be completed 4 years before but it is still a work in progress. After much struggle with the builder, 3rd phase is coming to an end. Still, the mandatory requirements like Permanent EB, STP, WTP, Completion certificate, Occupational certificate, and Clubhouse is yet to be functional/ received. Owners were forced to move into the premises, if not moved the paltry compensation would not be provided.

Now, the builder is started to charge high maintenance (3.5rs per sqft) 40% more than what was mentioned in the maintenance agreement even without the amenities being provided. All this in spite of having a maintenance agreement which was done during the registration of the property between the builder and the owner. The builder is threatening to quit the property if the maintenance is not paid as demanded and there has been no proper response provided to any of the owners. If the maintenance is not paid, the builder has threatened to cut the power and water to the house. The property is being sold stating 24/7 power back up but in reality, the owners need to pay for the diesel which is over and above the maintenance. This demand is in complete contrast to the maintenance agreement and what was mentioned during the sale. (Attaching a few emails from the owners to the builder)

My request is if you do not want to lose your hard earned money, be wise and do not fall for the trap. We are suffering and let there be light and happiness in your family at least. Happy Deepavali!!!!

VGN- Brent park is near to filthy dumpyard . They demanded 1 lakh for property document. without seeing the site, transferred and they told they will refund it if I didn't like the site or any legal abnormalities. Due to filthy dumpyard, I rejected the site and sending mailers/sms for the refund. Last 5 months, no response from VGN

I wish I could give VGN a thumbs up. The entire process booking my home at VGN temple town project has been completely pain and stress free. They are 100% available and has been able to answer all of my questions. I would recommend them to anyone. So excited to move into my new home.

I staying in Vgn Brixton experiencing daily 3 to 4 hours power cut. Sometimes it was too long hrs.

Pl inquiry before you choose to stay as tenant.

Also there is no any support from office when you shift. If you follow 10days continuously then they will try to support.

Pl take care while choosing this Vgn Brixton.

We pay maintenance for what? This guy should know that and because he is a secretary does not mean he can behave arrogant

Have a flat with VGN Krona. There was an inordinate delay in handing over the apartment.

That aside, the completed apartment had the most ridiculous quality with cracked walls, bad plumbing etc.,

Today I am having to redo the whole plumbing in one of the bathrooms basically because VGN would not care to listen to complaints made by the residents(My tenant) with no system to track and fix any issues.

The staff are just not accountable. Repeated attempts to reach them to get them to attend to it had fallen into deaf ears.

Vgn is bankrupt they launch the projects, collect funds and divert it to their other sick loss projects like Notting hill in nungambakkam. Hence the current projects to be delivered is completly compromised on quality, customer service, delivery dates, authorised permissions etc etc

Hi,

I am one of the VGN customer. I have registered a flat with VGN around 4 years back and paid more than 90% of flat cost within 2 years of registration. I chose VGN, ONLY because about their service and commitments, but I am realizing and having very bad experience and frustration with their customer service. Still the project is not yet handed over. Namesake they allocate some dedicate person for each project, but no use. Once committed, we will have only frustration, delay, etc. I am strongly recommending NOT to engage with VGN. All the very best.

I am in touch with few other people who booked the flat in the same project, and they are also sharing the same bad experience with VGN. VGN's service might be good in the earlier stages but not in the recent two+ years. It is no point in getting the worst service and frustration for the money we pay. So, search and find the other better builders.

Planning to buyba flat with VGN.but doubtful about the completion of all amendities mentioned e.g. club house with swimming pool, cinema suits, sewage treatment plant, EB etc. Doubt arised looking at other project in ambattur etc where even after 5yrs of booking the flat, people could not utilize all the amendities which was promised before. Kindly share ur experience guys.

Am writing this review in order to create an awareness about VGN property developers.

In a precise, am a customer along with my mother booked 2 flats, all I could foresee was too much delays in all the process after my payment with VGN nearly 12lakhs. Hence I wanted to withdraw smoothly from purchasing the flats.

From last september we are trying to call VGN regarding this, but we all were ignored. Especially the customer service personnel a very kind Ms.Sony & Mr.Rajkumar, they wont even answer for calls, after your 56th call they will answer & say we are processing & sony will point rajkumar & vice versa with Rajkumar.

We are middle class families with all commitments & struggles in our lives. When we wanted our own money we are being cheated & pushed to deep stress. Moreover the management doesnt wanted care the customers. with all these I wanted very about the builder with one of my friend who had recently purchased the flat, he says VGN is the worst people on sticking to their commitments. I dont wanna hear more about VGN since I already lost the hope on them.

Guys & friends I really dont know how well this review will help you. But when you see this review please make your family or friends aware about the customer services of VGN.

I book flat at 2012, and I got possession at 2016 without eb connection and water they are providing temperary eb connection to all flat by generator and giving water by lorry with the cost of rs1050 per month. there is no ground water in this area I dont no how they got permission to build a 1500 flat her.

friends please dont buy flat from this developer they are not cared about their customer, during sales they give so many promise but after sales customer has to worry a lot.

I heard about the success of VGN Presidency projects from a friend and came to know about VGN developers through him. When I noticed that the VGN group was coming up with a new project I thought I should look into it because I was planning to buy a home. I have visited other good sites in Chennai as well from other developers, but I wanted to check VGN Fairmont before I decided where to put my money in.

When I visited the site, I liked the project and even the VGN team is good. The office is nice and they help us with loans through different banks as well. I have not made my investment yet but I have talked to one of the banks in the VGN office and I think VGN Fairmont is a suitable investment for me given the location of the project and its close proximity to my office.

Hi,

I booked double bed room in Temple town thiruverkadu on 2013 that time they said that they will handover on June 2015 but now the customer care manager telling like financial issues so they are try to handover December 2016 but the whole project will complete on 2020. Worst experience, lose of money, irresponsibility so plz don't purchase VGN compare with this  builder we may trust a local builders. They no zero code so I go with least rating
