I booked a plot in Vgn Mayfield Park in Tambaram in the month of June 2019 and completed my sale deed registration process within a month. I am quite happy the way the sales and CRM handled my queries from the beginning. I know very well about VGN I have bought many plots from them. Since it is their own property there is no issue in the title of the document. I have also verified their documents from my layer before concluding the same. I have also verified the CMDA drawings and actual size of the plot. Based on the size of the plot VGN is charging its customers. I came to know through my friend that VGN deducted cancellation Charges. On Verifying we came to know that the charges are clearly mentioned in the booking form. Anyway cancellation charges are applicable in all industries like airline, movie ticketing, hotel booking, properties etc.,

I want to share my rather painful experience with VGN. I booked a plot in VGN Mayfield park more than 3 months back by paying 5% (~ Rs. 2.75 lacs) in advance. At the time of advance itself, we clearly mentioned in writing that we agree to cancellation rules only upon successful legal verification of documents. It took vgn 3 months to even accept the fact they don't have some of the very critical documents and we did not want to proceed after knowing many docs were missing and they clearly violated so many conditions put forward by CMDA in the approval. The risk was so huge that we could easily end up losing the purchased land in legal battle if one pointed at the issue correctly in the future. When i opted cancellation, got a generous reply from vgn that they approve my request but there's nothing left for them to refund as the advance netted cancellation fee. Yes this is clear cheating and fraudulence. We were shocked to learn how cheap vgn has gone to earn money in their business. While I've started my legal battle against them, I sincerely advise the fellow buyers to learn from my mistake and strictly avoid VGN anywhere to protect your hard earned money. Don't fall for the brand name like me. They don't even deserve the basic respect; they are no more the same vgn.

The worst developer I have saw in this country . Customer service is damp bad and dear owners do not buy from this cheating group. Really I am fed up following them to correcting the snag to have a peaceful living .

presales are excellent as money is going to company . After sales VGN will up royally . Please be aware of this company and don't fall as a victim for their voices .

Actually, I had more doubts based on buying my new home, I told them all those negativities and the team of VGN guided me well, and even they gave me location suggestions and more, and now dream home is booked only with the help of people over there. Project is delayed for 5 years and compenstation

VGN Stafford project was deleyed for 5 years and now they are delying the compensation also.

I am really surprisid that VGN MD is the director for the 11 companies and taking very long time to settle my compensation amount which is only 65 thousand

Still the amount was not settled, it is more than one year, still I am following with VGN
